If I were you I  will think it twice before taking your expensive blazers to them. If they do a good job, good, if not; They will not care, they will not follow up. They will blame the fabric and not even apologize. They just drop it, no call or explanation. They burned the blazer and on top of that ripped the inside of it, that was the supreme fixing they did. I went to them because everyone said they were soooo good. My luck I guess…. Thank you for ruining my blazer.

Had a horrible experience the lady at counter is very nice but Darlene insisted that a comforter was mine and gaslighted me into believing it was so I took it home. They called me a week later to bring it back they had my comforter. I got my comforter and it wasn’t even cleaned I took that back and am still waiting to get it returned to me, I will never do business with them again! More to tell but to long to write! Frustrating experience on every level!

Got shirt and pants by Friday. Gave them clean blanket to defuzz was told 3 weeks turnaround time... After waiting 3 weeks time it wasnt ready had to wait longer after research and was informed the other location had lost my ticket tardiness is due to few employees. Customer service was nice lady.

I have been bringing shirts here for years.  I gave them lots of business.  I walked in at 2:58 and the store closes at 3:00.  The woman behind the counter was rude to me because she said a few times that she closes at 3:00. She said I will take you this time but not again.  No thanks, time for a new dry cleaner.

Is ok but they can do better plus they should close by 5 or 6 not 3pm  i went over 2:45 and they were closed already i going get other dry cleaners  that do same  day service and close after 5pm

I love this place. I would give a better score except there hours are horrible. I'm trying to find a new place only because I can't make it there unless I have a day off.

NEVER AGAIN!!! My son was participating in a wedding and I went to this place to clean my son's suit. When they handed it over to me, they gave it to me completely destroyed. When I went to complain, they only told me that they were not responsible, that they were only doing their job and only following instructions. You have to have common sense if you don't know how to do a job DON'T DO IT.

The armpits of my suits smells bad after the service and prices are not cheap, the discount of 10% only makes people think they are having the service at a good price…terrible.

Great customer service and I appreciate the cleaning advice on clothing. I will return as they give a discount every day.

The first time went here I didn't know what to expect so I give them a try I asked about a discount and they was givie 20% off but the time it took for  the cleaning was a week wasn't to happy with that but I was able wait and I liked the discount so I went back again but this time they denied me a discount saying my clothes was to big and that's  Discrimination I told him u give me one last time but he refused this time but i left my clothes there I told him this well be my last time coming back here he didn't seem concerned but I will let everybody I know not to go there unexceptable he should be ashamed of himself

Very courteous, on time, and my clothes are always exactly how I specified.  I drive past 4 other dry cleaners just to work with these guys.  =)
