I WANTED TO GIVE THEM A 3.5 STAR. Most of the time they are reliable, as long as you give them the time they ask. BUT, beware of white dry cleaning!! Also, THEY ARE NOT forth coming about stains they have problems with!!

Only place I go to get my clothes/ suits dry cleaned. Highly recommended.

Very frustrating experience. We put our laundry in the dryer and decided to wait in our car. Thankfully, my husband was watching and noticed that the dryer door opened on its own after a few minutes. If we had left and come back later, our clothes would have been completely wet and we would have wasted our money. This is a serious issue—dryers should not open by themselves. The only reason we caught it was because we stayed nearby and watched. Not reliable at all.

This has been one of the best dry cleaning establishments I’ve ever come across. They did an amazing job on my suit and clothes ! My suit looked sharp, smelled fresh, and was ready right on time. It looked like a new suit. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers. They really pay attention to detail and are happy to help. Such great people.  I even had an event coming up and was on a tight deadline, but they still came through for me. Highly recommend this place if you want great service and great results. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer because I’ll be coming back every time. My suit looked great in the photos !

When the new owners took over this location I was skeptical at first, as the previous owner had set the bar high on great service. It has been pleasant to see how vested the new owners are in not only providing the same high level of customer service, but also making improvements and modernizing the facility. Their wash and fold service is reasonably priced and they do a great job. Their dry cleaning is done well. I will continue to look forward to seeing what additional changes the bring to the laundry mat and services.

Dropped off a jacket, pants, and a button down for a rush job 4 pm pick up. It's 4:43, and I'm waiting in the parking lot for the employee to go pick up my clothes from their warehouse. He told me he would be back in 5 mins. It's been 30. It's completely unacceptable. First and last time coming here.

Hi so I got here at 927. It was pouring and I don't have a car. Lady made me stand outside waiting for another uber soaking my bag of clothes and me.place is open til 11 it's a Saturday. It takes 35 minutes for a wash I don't even dry here. No reason she had to make me stand out there while other ppl were inside staring at me. I go here all the time and about to not thats absolutely ridiculous.. laundrymax down street is$ 7.30 for a 60lb wash. Much cheaper. And they have free ones too sometimes. And they have free dryers. Also open til 130 am and won't turn u down. Workers here are nice and respectful. That short Spanish lady at freewaylaundry is rude and doesn't have an ounce of decency in her

This place is always clean , they take good care of the machines compared to other landromats. I’ve moved from the area & I tried other places but I did not like the overall experience.  So I’d rather drive to this laundromat!!
I hope the owner takes good care of the employees because they do their job well.

LOVE IT HERE

This is truly one of the nicest laundromats around! It's generally clean and spacious, with plenty of washers and dryers. The space inside the dryers is generous, and I find the service really convenient. I mostly drop off my laundry here, and I also do some washing myself, I’ve always had a smooth experience with their drop-off service. They usually get everything done within 24 hours, which is fantastic!

I drop off every week or every other week for the last 3 years. The ladies there are so nice. It’s so satisfying to open the laundry bags and smell clean clothes, perfectly folded. They even separate my clothes, my husband’s and my daughter’s. We’ve accidentally left credit card and cash in some pants and they put them in envelopes and place them with the clean clothes. I highly recommend this laundromat for drop off. The best in town

I regularly do my laundry here until today.  While waiting for my laundry to dry, I sat on the massage chair apparently you have to pay to sit there according to a rude employee. It’s petty but com on now do people really pay for that 1980  massage chair ?  Unless you like getting an attitude from the unfriendly staff I won’t be bringing my business back here again.

I really only go here when I really really need to do laundry. Typically I just drive 30 mins to an “Ez wash” laundromat in Taunton.

1st , the laundromat prices around this area are RIDICULOUS.  I go to this one because far it’s the cheapest laundromat I can find. But holy moly $11.50 for a big washer? In New Bedford/ Taunton I pay $5 for the biggest washers.
2nd. Every time I come here it reminds me why I just take the drive. I’m paying double to be beyond frustrated with these stupid card machines. I’m not exaggerating, every single time I have to move my dryer 3-4 times JUST to find one that turns on or closes properly. It’s free dryers but i would rather just pay the 25 cents to have an easy use.

Expect to swipe your card 6-7 times just to get anyyyy machine turn on. You’re gonna constantly read “bad pull” it’s not you. It’s these awful machines.

IF YOU HAVE A VEHICLE JUST DRIVE TO AN EZ WASH LAUNDROMAT!!!!!!!!

Washer had an error message and they refused to help me by switching washers they told me it was my fault so I rewashed and another error message came up I asked them if there was a problem again they made me rewash another message came up and the lady at the front desk yelled at me I asked for my money back since my clothes didn’t drain they finally put it in a working machine refused to refund me yelled at me that it was my fault in front of my kids and continued to point to me with everyone employee and phone call she made I’ve never felt more harrased never again

Had to make an update. Beware of the Vending machine with laundry products. Prices are wrong (atleast on my visit) and when it was brought to the attendance attention she refused a refund and refused to remedy the situation. Overall I like this laundromat🤷🏽‍♀️ Bring your own products or take a quick walk to the family dollar😬

Time to find a new laundromat. Soon as I open the washer door....instant smell of mildew...then the rubber ring barrier falls off, exposing mildew and mold. I tried to get help from the attendant, unfortunately she didn't speak english and was going to refuse to take a look at what was going on. She finally got the other attendant who spoke some english and took a look. He asked if I took it off🤔...why the hell would I just pop it off...I did not say that, I just told him that I didn't. He then tried to put it back on before I asked him to clean the dirty ring.  He finally grabs a cloth, no type of Antibacterial spray or anything and just wiped it. ANNOYED & now I'm looking for someplace else.

DO NOT DRY CLEAN WITH THEM
they lost my sons Nike tech and I haven’t heard back from management it’s been months… i bought it on sale and with a coupon they tried to tell me it was worth $50 my son is a teenager there isn’t a Nike tech for $50 and the employee refused to take accountability first she denied helping me but thankfully I have a receipt and now only offered me $50… all I asked was for it found or the same item in return it’s been months
