The most terrible service! First of all, during drop off the lady inquired if I lived near and when I went to pick up the 16 items she insisted I put them in the car right away, even before payment. I thought she was being nice. When I got home I was in for a big surprise. One blouse had a tear, one jacket had been burnt in several places, another jacket was not done correctly and looked like a mess, another jacket was not pleated the right way changing the style of the collar. None of the 10 pairs of pants were iron throughly. The fold was not consistent and they did not look like I took them to a professional cleaners. When I called the lady back she was in disbelief and was not inclined to do anything! Do not make the same mistake I did.

Traveling, I stopped in to do a load tonight (Tuesday 8:30-ish pm) The lady working was so helpful and kind getting a card set up for me & demonstrating the machines.

$4.50 to do one regular load. $1 for a little box of Tide, and the drier's free.

Lots of room to fold clothes. Everything's very clean. Lots of comfy places to sit, and lots of machines as well.

Normally, not a bad place to do laundry, but the woman who works morning's (Candice) has a bit of a slight mellow snotty attitude. I usually try to avoid her, but I had to speak to her about a washer that didn’t wring my load of sheets and a blanket out entirely. Her reply was that I used too much soap, which I hadn’t. My load wasn’t soapy at the end, it just still contained excessive water. I would’ve thought she would put my load on the spin cycle again, but she didn’t. Also, the dryers which are usually free, one of them began charging me, and when I brought it to her attention, she appeared to seemed a bit inconvenienced. However, she did refund the amount I was charged after telling me that I must have ran out of points. I never knew that’s how the machines operate, since I’ve never had that issue before, and today that was my first dryer load after washing 3 loads. Today’s experience left me really irritated!

The only place in East Providence I trust with my laundry,  always done right,   never anything missing.  The staff is Top Shelf.

You use a laundry card that you can refill with a debit or credit card (unlike other laundromats in providence). As long as you don’t go during super busy times (midday on a Sunday) machines are often pretty available. Dryers are free which is awesome. They have detergent and vending machine snacks that you can buy. Small parking lot and if no space you can do street parking usually. As far as employees- I’ve encountered maybe two nice people. Otherwise, they’re kind of standoffish and rude; sometimes they speak in Spanish thinking that you don’t understand (guess what I’m Latina too). But otherwise it’s a convenient enough place that it’s still worth it. I haven’t had clothing stolen but I also don’t own a bunch of designer clothing.

I would give less than one star if I could.  The owner is running a scam.  I dropped a rug off to be cleaned four months ago.  They told me that it would take a few weeks.  A few months later. I called to inquire about the rug. The woman who answered the phone said that it wasn’t back from State Rug Cleaning, an outfit out of Cranston where they supposedly sent the rug to be professionally cleaned.  I was shocked and asked for the owner to call me. Nothing. I got a call back from someone else who assured me that I would have my rug back soon. About two months later, I get a call that my rug was ready.  I went to pick it up and it was wrapped in paper and I asked if I could unwrap it to see how it turned out.  The rug is a cotton wool blend that had water stains on the bottom edges. They were still there.  I asked for a refund of my $35 deposit because the rug was not professionally cleaned. A professional would have been able to get the water stains out. She said that the owner would give me a refund when he came in. She also said that he would be upset because he was out doing deliveries and would not be happy to have to stop what he was doing to come in and give me a refund. She claimed that she could not find the original transaction because it was so long ago.  When the owner came in he asked me what was the issue.  I told him that I wanted a refund. He asked me if I wanted something for nothing. Considering since I didn’t get anything, I thought his comment was pretty low.  He told me that he spent a week trying to clean the rug. I thought he was a laundromat owner, not a professional rug cleaner.  My feeling is that he said he would send it to a pro, didn’t, could not clean it because, he’s not a pro. He probably thought I would forget about the rug because who waits patiently for 4 month's  for anything that was promised to be returned in a few weeks. I’m still astonished, but he will come on here and accuse me of being the problem.   What hurt is that the rug is extremely rare and holds very deep meaning for me. He is the worst kind of conman. I hope his business feels the brunt of his poor attitude and lack of integrity. It’s Christmas Eve, and he is officially on the naughty list.

I’ve been on a quest to find my laundry spot since moving into town and I think this is the one. I don’t like messing with those cards a lot of places make you buy and load money into and there is none of that here. They take quarters, it’s clean and has an attendant at all times, there’s a decent sitting area, a bathroom, wifi, and a pretty good sized parking lot. The place isn’t huge so I’m sure peak times can be tough but all in all it’s a good place to do laundry, and better than most.

Brought about 8 bags of laundry and dry cleaning to them and got the laundry back in 4 days!! Dry cleaning took 6 days. So timely and the woman at the front desk I dealt with was so kind and helpful. I did have 2 items that came back with minor scuffs and brought it to the attention of the owner who dealt with the matter personally and professionally, offering to launder the items again!! Plus 2/300+ items isn't too shabby!! Would definitely recommend going to The Laundry Club!!

Friendly and helpful owner. A nice little lounge area and some great restaurants within walking distance. Prices are solid, and they have a parking lot. Half the dryers are either in use or out of order, but other than that no complaints.

Beware business owners! I’ve been a customer for 3 years for my business laundry. I was never made aware that if my laundry was below a certain weight, that I would be charged a fee. I dropped off 2 sheets and 2 small towels. I was charged 21.60. When I questioned the owner I told the owner that I was never told about this and he had attitude.(He has attitude all the time) There was no sign informing businesses of this. Or a general email sent. There is nothing stating this on their website. Instead of crediting me, a good customer of 3 years, he argued with me. So now he has lost my weekly business. My business is less than a mile from this laundromat and even though there are other businesses laundry being dropped off we are all being charged for delivery and gas. I am being charged the same as people in my building who have pickup and delivery, and I always dropped my laundry off. So being charged for pickup and delivery when I had no pickup. (Spoke to others in the building) In addition this laundry charges the most around the area per pound too!. Greedy. One good thing I will say about is - that Song, one of the employees that work there, folds the laundry impeccably  and she is friendly. And Michelle the manager, is really good too. These girls work very hard.

Inserted money in dryer 15 and it doesn’t work. No way of getting your money back no number to call. When walking into the place it smells moldy. The washers are dirty and moldy and run a total of 18 min for a smaller machine with the price of 6.75. This place is not cheap. The place is not extreme clean as the name suggests. Not the in the best area of town. Avoid!

Absolutely horrible, I took my son to play the coin pusher that wasn't even filled. If you want to play a coin pusher visit the one in coventry.

Machines are fast, unfriendly service, staff seems bothered by any questions, floor is dirty, machines smell of mold, you can sweep a card directly on the machine (very convenient), doors are not wheelchair accessible, instructions on machines are unclear, facility is on the expensive side, the staff plays the TV on Jerry Springer episodes on REPEAT with the audio while playing the radio on the overhead speaker AND a second radio station on their phone (3 audios playing at once all on high volume), if you leave momentarily and aren't back before your machine is done (regardless of there being other machines of the same size available) they'll throw your clothing articles half in a rolling basket/half on the floor. I do NOT recommend this laundromat. Management is not available in any form.

I have washed and dried my clothes several times here sometimes i wash at home and my husband takes them there to dry. Never again Because Lady harassed you if she sees you getting quarters and you don’t wash right away
