I needed this jumber dry cleaned for a next day return, and no other dry cleaners could deliver. This place was a divine intervention for a glorious occasion. Do not use Door 2 Door for leather or suede cleaning. They sent my suede jacket off to their preferred company that specialises in those materials and when it came back it was discolored and the body and texture of the suede was damaged. They have no interest in making it right, therefore I will be taking them to court.

I had a wonderful experience dropping off my wedding gown and engagement outfit!! They initially told me 2 weeks for the wedding gown, but they had it done in 2 days! I dropped it off Monday and had both dresses in hand by Wednesday the same week. Super awesome experience, and I am so thankful!

I dropped a hundred dollar blouse off, which I can never wear again. It was white and now it’s a dirty white and was not properly ironed. I asked them to iron again but came back wrinkled. The gentleman who works there basically said, he just works there and couldn’t help.

Two expensive gowns were supposed to be ready on Nov 8.
After multiple inquiries , they finally found them and we picked them up 6 weeks later.
No call backs, no apologies. HORRIBLE!!

Absolutely the worst!  I never write reviews however I felt it necessary to forewarn others about this dry cleaning service. My clothes have been “missing” for several months before any fire!  I have been calling and  emailing to no avail. The promises to call me back or reimburse me are laughable at this point. Apparently, they can’t keep employees long enough to resolve issues.

I Really meant zero stars . I sent a dress to dry clean. It came back with somebody else’s BO on it - Not mine. I had to fumigated and spray it with perfume when I got home. Never go there again.

I went to the dry cleaners for a long time but no longer they lost 2 very expensive suit jackets, I heard about the fire, then the lack of staff to deliver them to the shop, now after several weeks they just don’t have them, not good enough I should have believed the reviews

Needed emergency tailoring to a bridesmaid dress that arrived late. They were so accommodating, kind, and did an amazing job. They were able to alter my dress in time, and looks great. Pricey, but hardworking and very talented seamstress. Highly recommend!

Worst cleaner EVER! Took advantage of their Thursday 20% off sale. They took advantage of me! Clothes came back with serious body odor and stains that were not there when I dropped them off: Someone had worn my clothes! Charged me $80 to get my clothes out of jail. Now I have to pay again for someone else to clean them. David, the Manager, will not return phone calls or emails. I am disgusted.

1st visit dropped off 7 shirts that came back very wrinkled and the sleeves weren't even folded over in the front to help maintain shape.  Pricing was way too much for the service provided.

Service is consistent and very good. Clothes are always ready on time and I've never had a spot they couldn't clean.
