My grandfather owns this business, has worked it for a long as I've ever known and at 81 still knows and greets every customer by name. This was my 1st job. He is the reason I'm so big on customer service! This place is apart of the community.

After having a Confrontation at another laundromat I headed to Carolina laundry.I was not sure what to expect because of the earlier incident. I am a trucker with a 40 foot custom semi. I pulled into the Parking lot and Parked.There was a Lady standing at the door. I asked her if she had large machines because i had a lot of laundry.She said yes sir. I proceeded to grab our laundry out,5 good size bags. I turn around and here she comes with 2 laundry carts. I loaded our bags into the carts and she pushes one into the Laundromat,Right up to the biggest Machine.As I entered the laundromat, I couldn’t help but notice how clean it was.As i was doing my Laundry i watched as this lady never stopped cleaning. I noticed that there was only a couple of machines with out of order signs. The rest of the Machines worked very well and I actually spent half of what I normally do with the amount we had to do. The most amazing part was this Lady attendant with a beautiful soul. I later found out her name is Jeanette and if she is not the owner then the Owner needs to realize what a Diamond they have working there if they don’t already know.Anytime in the Future that we are in the area and need a laundromat, Carolina Laundry is our go to place!

The lady that worked there today was very rude, aint no reason for someone to be like that towards a paying costumer no matter who the person is. Can't believe how rude she was.

Sorry but I have to say this, machines are not clean, you will literally see green mold in the doors of the washing machines, half of them doesn't work, first visit (and possible last one) counted 9 including the one that I was about to use.

Came to this because it's on the "top rated" coin laundries, as the place is, I don't think it should be there. I'd love to not give a negative review as this is someone's business, but this place lacks and needs some maintenance

Stopped by Carolina Laundry recently and noticed it’s a well-kept spot. The machines seemed to be in good working order, and the place looked clean and organized. It’s in a convenient location, and from what I could tell, customers were able to get their laundry done without issues. If you’re looking for a laundromat in the area, this seems like a solid choice.

I was impressed with the worker wiping everything down and helping us when the money didn’t go done into the machine.   I would definitely return to this one until the worker was smoking in the building. We don’t like the smell of smoke on our clothes and it got to the point my eyes were burning.  If they wouldn’t smoke in the building I would definitely be back.

Me and a friend drove by to ask for info about a near by tailer. The lady was nice and gave us a business card. We had nothing to give her but she was  kind enough to offer us direction.

RUDE!!!!!!! I called to check on my items and the lady was EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE! She told me she was busy and I would have to call back and hung up the phone. My clothes smell like mildew and weren’t even pressed! This was my first and last time using this cleaner.

Best dry cleaning around!! Couldn’t ask for a better spot to go to!

I love the service here. Great people and fantastic job and price!

We take our drycleaning here to get it back clean and smelling great, it comes back smelling like cigarette smoke. Unacceptable. I won't be using them again.
