Recently, I had an issue about getting alterations done to two dresses that I bought for my son’s wedding. I called Tommy’s on Monday, explained the situation and they told me to bring the dresses in. They took measurements and said that the dresses would be done on Friday (which is today). I received a text around one saying dresses were done. Went in and the dresses fit perfect. They were friendly as well. I highly recommend them for any alterations.

In 30 years I’ve never had such an awful experience with a dry cleaner nor have I had an outfit completely ruined in this case two brand new dresses only been worn once. And have received no compensation for the damage. The owner Pierre are trying to tell me that he used the right chemicals and there was no way that it was his fault even though the white is still completely white on the liner and on the outside the color that’s on it is not even the tan or black that’s on the dress it’s Red. I cannot recommend this cleaner in good faith and in fact, I encourage you to spread the word not to use them. The proof is in the photos I shared copies of the dress as well as the original that I had to re-purchase online out of my pocket. $200 in dresses down the drain.

The friendliest staff ever!  Always treat me and my clothes with care. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

I definitely won't go back to this place and I won't recommend it while the lady on the front desk still there. The day I dropped off my suits she was rude and the day I went to pick them up she screamed at me. I get that people have a bad day, or a Friday bad day.  But I got there 3 minutes before she closes and I needed was pay and pick up. A 5 minutes time?
You should never be that rude with a client because of 5 minutes!

Paid to have ink stains put in my slacks. The stains were not there before the suit was "cleaned". They tried twice unsuccessfully to get the ink of the slacks. I was left with a ruined suit and a note that the ink could not be removed without damaging the fabric.
A few ink spots were also on the jacket.

I needed 9 round 120 inch table clothes, 2-90 x 156 rectangular and 2- 90 x 132 rectangular table clothes steamed or ironed and hung up. The cost would be $553.25. I didnt pay that much for the table clothes. They did not need to be cleaned. Just get the packaging wrinkles out. I have worked in a dry cleaners before. This is highway robbery. I even called the plant to clarify that I did not need them cleaned. Nope. I was trying to save myself time but over $500 is not worth it. I have used them for all of my business. I will go elsewhere and do this myself.

I dropped off an area rug and honestly got it back the way I gave it to them. Same smell and same stains. They kept it about a month longer than what they told me. I felt overcharged for. 8X10 but hey is the service was worth it I might not have  felt that way. I called to talk about it but I couldn’t get anyone who was willing to say understand or let’s make it right! I use them for my clothes all the time so I wasn’t a new customer. I really do feel some kind of way about the rug. I left my name and ask her could she have someone call me back and she said sure.

Sweet Grass did amazing on my dry cleaning on my wedding dress ! I was so worried it wouldn’t look better than when I brought it in! I am so so thrilled and thank you sweetgrass for taking care of my beautiful dress ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

My son dropped off my custom made t-shirt blanket. It had never been washed. I was told by the company that made it I could just put it in the washing machine. Which I probably should have done instead of letting this company clean it, ruin it and then lie and state that I dropped it off messed up and she tried to catch me but I pulled off. As I stated in the beginning my son dropped it. The blanket was in his name. He says that she looked it over before he left it. Even asked him questions about the size. Reviews are not something that I do when someone doesn’t give me good customer service. But they lied. They ruined the blanket and said (I) brought it to them like that. They offered to fix it. Not happening. Admit the mistake. And don’t blame the customer. And put a “defective before cleaning” tag on it. Refund my 24$. Apologize. Don’t lie and say I paid $$ to have a raggedy blanket cleaned. (They didn’t say that.) But they might as well had. We don’t have a lot of cleaners in this area. But this place will never ever get my $$ again. Find another place. And the lying lady is very rude. She was rude when I called to see how much it was so I could send my son to pick it up. But I went instead. Unbelievable.smh.

My husband needed several items dry cleaned, so I asked him to take a bridesmaid's dress of mine as well. Mind you, although I used it as a bridesmaid's dress, I wouldn't exactly consider it a formal dress. It was purchased off of Lulu's online for $80. However, they told him the charge would be $35 to dry clean, due to it being formal-wear. I wasn't thrilled, but it was what it was.

A few days later he went to pick up our items, and they had LOST my dress. He was told management was handling it and someone would contact him.

Another few days later and he finally decided to call them. They found my dress. I guess they just didn't feel the need to call and let us know it was ready to be picked up.

He went and picked up my dress today, and they still charged him the full $35, despite all of these issues. I am honestly appalled that they did not feel it was necessary to offer any sort of a discount after they lost my damn dress!

It's their loss. This dry cleaner is close to our house, which is why it was chosen, but I have a dry cleaner close to my work that we will use from now on instead.
