I've used another dry cleaners for years in Five Forks. On 3 recent visits, the owner turned down my cleaning requests. Found Major cleaners and thru Happily took my order (dry cleaning drapes). My drapes were perfectly cleaned, ready at the time promised and the staff even put them in my car for me. I have found my new cleaners and am very happy to pass on my great experience. The quality of customer service is heavily dependent upon who assists you.  I dropped off several items and received my ticket with my total but they charged more than the ticket price on my credit card when I picked up my clothes.  When I inquired about the variance the clerk who I believe is the manager or the owner was very rude and short ; advising they listed the incorrect total.  It wasn't the dollar value but the way they handled the situation. Advise the customer of the discrepancy and the reason for increase or better yet take the $5 loss and keep the customer.

Their services are exceptional and prices are very reasonable.  I have taken all types of clothing  from couture suits to plain shirts, pants and ties. No matter the clothing they were all cleaned professionally and without incident.

Had several shirts I need to be cleaned and pressed for a cruise I had coming up....I got them back in awesome shape ready for my cruise.  Highly recommend them, great job and always on time.  Great price too...Will definately do business with again.

I dropped off  2 shirts and a pair of pants. When I came to pick up I alerted them that it was the wrong shirt. It was the same color shirt (pink)
as if they knew they lost my shirt and tried to replace it.  They did not seem to care at all so I grabbed my items and left.  On a previous visit there was a safety pin in my shirt. Most dry cleansers wrap the number through a button whole or attach to the tag but this place put a safety pin through my shirt. I will never come back. The prices are cheap but the service is horrible.

I dropped off a comforter to be dry cleaned and let the person know there were red clay stains on it that needed to be taken out. Picked it up 3 days later and was extremely disappointed when I took my comforter out of the bag to see the stains were still on the comforter. What was even more disappointing, was that when I called to inquire about why the stains were still there, she told me they "tried and tried to get the stains out". I can understand a stain not being able to lift, but at least have the courtesy to explain the issue to your customer prior to charging and sending the item home- no one mentioned anything at the time it was paid for. I will not be coming back again.
