This is hands down the best laundromat I’ve ever been to! The place is always spotless seriously, so clean and well-maintained. You can tell the owners and staff really care about the space. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile.
The washers and dryers work great and are very reliable, which makes laundry day much less stressful. There’s also plenty of space, so even when it gets a little busy, it never feels cramped or chaotic.
It’s just an all-around great place to do laundry  clean, efficient, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Smart and clean is an understatement. Everything is so high tech, quick and clean. My family owns a housekeep company that services the vacation rentals on kiawah island. The owner , his son and aunt open early to assist us and ensure we do not take all of the washers and dryer from the rest of the customers. Mr Al is always cleaning and maintaining the grounds and inside of the property. We spend 8-10 hours here on Sunday’s and have built relationships with the Sunday regulars and their family’s. This is a family oriented establishment and we are all always communicating and sharing space. we are a providing 5 star linen to family’s on vacation thanks to this beautiful establishment servicing the community. We are and most importantly the owners are very considerate of those around us. Communication is key. God bless.

Just like a few reviews say and the person confirmed. They let a housekeeping service use the laundromat all day Sunday so dont expect any available washers or dryers. The workers just sit around, leaving the dryers full of laundry for hours after its done. There are never any tables. This was last week at 4 pm. The workers leave all the folded stuff on the tables, use all the carts, and leave stuff in the dryers until its cold. So rude and the biz is losing money bc this housekeeping business is preventing paying customers from using the machines. I've been there for hours and saw if of the dryers just taken up and laundry standing there piled up. If it was not happening on weekends, it probably wouldn't be a big deal. So many people do laundry on Sunday. Short sighted company

I visit this laundromat every Sunday morning, and this place is great. It’s always clean and has endless amounts of washers & dryers. I’ve seen previous reviews about the “hotel staff” that are overly exaggerated. I’ve seen this crew assist those who needed help starting machines, and also cleaning behind others in the center. They are very considerate and never use all of the machines. Ive came in one busy Sunday and all of the baskets were taken, one of the women quickly emptied hers for me to use even tho they only had 2 of them. They are always consistently working. So what if you saw them take a small break, maybe you should try doing what they do & see how it feels. I commend them and talk with them EVERY Sunday.

I didn't want to give them any stars, since I was forced to give them one in order to leave a review. They shrunk my husband's shirts and faded his pants. After going back and forth with them the stated that the clothes wasn't new it was worn. I NEVER knew you was only supposed to dry clean new clothes. After accepting the lost of the clothes, my only ask was a refund on the cleaning cost. They refused to do that. As a business you should try to make it right.

This is the second time I went there and had an issue. The first was when I returned to pick up some clothes and they said they didn't have them. After a week they called and said they found them. This time I went to pick up clothes and had my receipt for the items I dropped off and was given a different price from what was on my receipt because the young lady who took my clothes didn't add everything on my ticket. I complained about it and she said the young people they have working can't be trained correctly because they don't listen. As a consumer, that is not my concern and it's your responsibility as a company to deliver customer service regardless of who is working there. Needless to say, that was the last time I will be using Moncks Corner Cleaners.

Asked ole lady at the front desk if I could get my dress altered; she gave me an ugly attitude. She then directed me to a lady in the back who gave me an even more foul and nasty attitude, questioning me why I need my dress altered. SO IT CAN FIT ME BETTER !!?¿ *inserts confused face* She didn’t even want to help me. I just took my dress and left…… got me way too heated early in the morning.

I was told they could get a stain out of my husband's shirt. Paid $8.00 I picked it up showed them the stain is still here she said oh we don't guarantee removal of stains. Like what??? I asked before I even l left it. I come here weekly and today will be last

This place is hit-and-miss. Most times the clothes are cleaned well. Sometimes it's not. I believe if an item comes with a stain and they can't get it out let me know. Don't let me wait until I get home and find the stain still there. If they put a stain on my clothes, own up to your mistake.  The works are pretty friendly, except for one. She is more nonchalant.

I found Heritage online looking for a dry cleaner close by, and was very concerned by all the bad reviews. I noticed though that all the most recent reviews were very positive, and one mentioned they had moved to a new location, so I figured I would give them a try. I dropped my vest and jacket off Monday morning around 9:00, and they were done by 4:00 PM on Wednesday. Good customer service, and they did a great job cleaning them! Heritage Cleaners will have my business from now on!

Literally told me my graduation dress was loss when in reality the stones had come off due to their negligence, owner Ann son told me not to call her regarding the issue after I found her info on google. Her associates refused to give me any information on where my dress was. Unprofessional and Anne is rude and ugly in every aspect of the word.

I took my all white jumpsuit to this cleaners. When I got it back the top part was  a cream color and the bottom part was white. When I told them about it. Their response was all well there is nothing we can do about it. I even showed them a picture of me in the outfit, showing that it was all white when I brought it to them. Their response was still oh well there's nothing we can do about it. I wouldn't recommend this cleaners to any one they destroy your clothes and the customer service is terrible. I should've read the reviews before I gave them my business. They wouldn't even reimburse my money for the damage they did to my outfit.

Would highly recommend!! Great new location and very welcoming and  penny is wonderful always smiling and answering any questions you have! They will always have my business when I need my dry cleaning done!

Don't worry. What happened to my vintage winter coat won't likely happen to your clothing.

So with my particular situation, I had MINK FUR on the collar of my coat. And when I got the coat back, the fur was falling off in pieces and ruined.
(I know PETA would be so proud of you guys at Heretige)

It was an accident that I am not holding over anyone's head. But the customer service was not living up to a southern standard of hospitality.

Why did the front desk girl not inspect my coat before it was handed back to me???

I called Before coming into the Heritige Cleaners. And when I spoke to the desk-girl over the phone, she said they could easily clean it, even with the unattachable mink fur on the collar. When I brought my coat in, I AGAIN  told her about the fur, and reminded her as I was leaving. She assured me it would be fine!!!

I have had the coat for 10 years, And I get it dry cleaned 2x a winter season. But never before in Moncks Corner or from Heritige.

In short, the coat was a part of my heretige (haha), gifted from my mother, and one of a kind. But I find relief in reminding myself that it is just STUFF.

So moving on... This is the first one star review from me.

If someine brings in an item and tells you more then once it needs special care, be alert and thurough to make sure the job is done properly. And if a mistake does heppen, own up to it and apologize.
