This is truly one of the best laundromats I have been to. They have free Wi-Fi, an area to charge your devices, a children’s corner  with toys and books, a lounging area in the back, clean restrooms and state of the art washers and dryers. Very affordable and clean. They also offer wash and fold services. They use the LaundroLab app and it lets you know how many washers and dryers are available. You can pay with your debit or credit card or use quarters. I give it an A+ all the way around.

The website says last wash at 9:45 I rush straight from work make it there at 9:40 and I wouldn't be so upset but they literally switched the the sign to closed when they saw me getting out with my laundry. Website is a lie and I won't be returning there to do busy again. Bad part is I just needed to was my clothes and not dry them because my washer is broken.

The place is starting to go downhill. It was outstanding but every time I come machines are flooding the floor, there's no air, only a couple of floor fans that the employees use for themselves while customers suffer with no air, no ac. Today I'm counting eight wash  machines out of order The large 80 lb and 60 lb machines that are most needed are constantly out-of-order! It wasn't like this before.

This is the cleanest laundromat that I have ever used! Even though they have plenty of washing machines and dryers, it is still a very spacious building. There are several tables and chairs to sit while you’re waiting for your laundry. There is also a large TV on the wall and a few games to occupy children if necessary. They have a vending machine with snacks and drinks and one with detergent and dryer sheets. I appreciate the amount of folding tables and laundry carts too! The best part is everything from the washing machines, dryers, vending machines and tables all look fairly new. And there isn’t that musty mildew smell that almost all other laundromats seem to have. Prices are good too!

The staff at the University Blvd location were efficient, friendly and had my items the next day as promised.  The woman that I met with both for drop off and pickup did a wonderful job.  Great experience with them until I called this morning to verify my items were ready for pickup.  The owner answered the phone and was very rude.  I asked to check on an order I dropped off yesterday and his reply was "When did they say it would be ready?"  I told him that the ticket was marked Wednesday.  His response was "If they said Wednesday, it is ready"  I offered to give my ticket number to confirm and he refused and stated that there is no reason to look it up, it is ready.  I don't think the owner should be speaking to customers in a dismissing way and maybe some customer service courses would help.

Extremely helpful and quick. I called 6 different cleaners to get a suit pressed. This was the only place willing to do same day. I got my suit back in 15 minutes looking sharp. The customer service and friendliness was also unbeatable.

I went there to get my jacket dry clean.  The lady told me it would be 9.88 and I can pick it up in 2 days.   I came back they couldn't find my jacket for about 20 minutes.   Then when they found my jacket; they charged me 17 dollar's and some change.  Her excuse was the manager set the prices after she told me it would be 9.88.   On top of that my jay smelled like fish and I had to take it to another dry cleaners.  I would never use this cleaners again even if it was free.

My daughter purchased a sample wedding dress.  It was very, very dirty.  I read the reviews of Americlean and decided to take it there.  I CAN'T STRESS how glad I did.  Dave was great.  He took a great deal of time explaining the process of cleaning the dress.  I was in no hurry.  I wanted some relief to know the dress would come clean.  They soaked the dress.  It dried.  Then it had a final dry cleaning.  All along, Dave was professional and friendly.  I also met the owner who took a great deal of time with me explaining how a wedding dress is altered. I was in a bind in February and barely scorched my sons suit for his brothers wedding.  I took it to several dry cleaners in the area and none of them could help me.  I decided to try The Good Earth Dry Cleaner.  I told the man what I did and he said he wasn't sure he could do anything either but if I couldn't find another suit to bring this suit back to him in the morning and he could press the pants and see if that helped.  I had no luck finding another suit in his size so I took the pants in the next morning, they pressed them and the scorch was gone and they didn't even charge me.  Thank you so much The Good Earth Dry Cleaners.  I am so thankful for them and I highly recommend them for all your dry cleaning/pressing.

Done with this place.  Customer for 10 years but it’s now officially on my blacklist.  1) Pricing structure is confusing at best with no explanation.  Dropped off 9 shirts—charged for 3 @$7.99 EACH and 6 @ $3.57.  They’re all the same type of shirt so either they’re blatantly price gouging or just doubling the price for their own subjective reasons related to the material or some other made up reason—either way it’s total a rip off.  2) Don’t bother asking the clerk for an explanation because she’s a complete grouch.  Arrived at 8:05 and door was still locked (open at 8), cussed under her breath when the phone rang, threw the phone on the counter after angrily answering the other customer’s question, absolutely zero attempt at customer service—clearly doesn’t want to be there.
3) They charge a fee for using a credit card which they don’t disclose on the door as is required.  You find out once you get the receipt.  Insult to injury is the nicest way to put it.

I loved coming to this laundromat. It’s not far from my house but lately the place hasn’t been kept up as much since the lady doesn’t work that often. I needed same-day service for two pairs of pants and a suit and dropped them off just before 8:30 AM, with pickup promised by 4 PM. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing.

The pants appeared double-pleated due to poor pressing, the pant legs were not fully pressed, and the seat was visibly wrinkled as if no real effort had been made. I had to re-press them myself for an event I had very little time to get to.

This service was completely unsatisfactory. For the price and urgency, I expected much better. I believe a full refund is warranted and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I went! I may not have used them! My experience was great! I had a semi-formal dress that had stains down the front, kind of looked like grease. I didn't pay much for the dress to start, so I didn't want to pay a lot to see if it could be cleaned! I explained this to the lady (I can only assume the owner) and she said she would give it a try & charge me the basic fee. I came back after 4:00 the next day to find it perfectly cleaned and pressed! She spent some time on it, but was true to her word, she didn't charge me extra! Very reasonably priced! They lost a brand new pair of suit pants that I've been in the store 6 times, called the store 20 plus times and text the "new owner" even more than that. I took my linen Brook Brothers Suit to them. When I picked them up my pants were ruined they shrunk. I had only worn the suit once. They told my to contact Brooks Brothers in NY and try to get them to replace it. Then they tried to tell me that I had the suit for over a year. Customer service when I dropped off was good, it was horrible when I went to pick up and spoke with owner. Beware never use them.

Under new ownership and I can already see the improvements. In the past alterations would take months to complete. I had my suits pants back in 1 week. My dry cleaning came back fresh, pressed and looking their best!

Unbelievable work by Sandy’s Cleaners. A pen had exploded and left a deep, dark black ink stain. It’s all fixed now. Consistent, quality work. Been coming here for years for this exact reason.

Horrible service.  I dropped off four pair of pants last week to be dry cleaned and pressed.  Today, I picked the pants up got home, unwrapped them, and tabs on the inside of the pants state “press only”.  The girl was very apologetic to return them to be cleaned and pressed again but that really doesn’t help me as I needed to wear the clothing.  This is the second time I’ve used the dry cleaner and the second time that I have to return my clothing.  Beware.

Sandy’s used to be my go to cleaners unfortunately that can no longer be the case.
A clean and press was requested for sport coat.  Upon receipt of the coat there were wrinkles on the lapel and the back.  Upon completion of a no charge redo the lapel remains wrinkled  along with (new) the inside lining of the coat and the pocket (see attached pictures)

The service was fast. I had given several traditional silk blouses to be cleaned. Trusted the cleaners and didn’t check their work on delivery. That was a bad idea. Couple days later while packing for travel and removing the blouses from the hanger, few of then had been stained with this brown oily matter. Not happy for the price I paid.

I spent $35 to have an evening dress cleaned. Upon picking it up I saw that a lot of stains were still at the bottom and the employee pointed that out. When I got home I saw all the stains were still there. When I dropped it off the employee asked if it should be hand washed or dry cleaned (there was no tag); it's a special material. I wasn't sure. When I picked it up I asked her which method they used so I could remember it for next time. She said there was no way to know what they did. Disappointing I spent this much and all the stains are still there.
Note: Was going to leave 2 stars but after contacting the company through their website to hopefully resolve this dispute and not hearing back, am leaving 1 star.

They would not fix an alteration mess they made on my item, unless I paid extra.  Will not go back!!

The guy here is an absolute jerk! Used his services multiple times before. Went by with a brand new suit which I needed to have the jacket embroidered. I wanted to ask if he could extend the sleeves with the material that would be removed from my pants when he hemmed them. I have long arms and need the suit for an interview on Tuesday. No time to order one. He says yes that he could add about an inch to it and have it back to me on Saturday. I said ok running to the embroidery shop and will be back right after. Took the tags off the suit, had it embroidered, went back then he says he can’t do it. Absolutely ridiculous! No apology no compassion says he’s busy and can’t do it. I wouldn’t have taken the tags off, returned and looked elsewhere for a suit. Never going here again EVER…

The woman working there (wife of owner?) quotes you one price and then when you pick up your stuff the man (owner?) quotes you something outrageous.  I took one pair of slacks and one long sleeve dress shirt and that was 16.00.  I also took 6 short sleeve shirts to them.  If they have no pockets it is 7.00 and shirts with pockets are 8.90.  I took my shirts somewhere else that charges 2.90 for a shirt to be cleaned and pressed.  I dropped off my shirt and pants last Thursday and it took them until today to get them done.

Service is very professional . I’ve been going there for over 15 years and never had an issue or problem .Wonderful  customer service , kind and caring people. They provide quality service and I have always been pleased with every garment he has dry cleaned and pressed. He does all my alterations as well.

ZERO stars for those outrageously expensive cleaners. I try many cleaners to find the best. I have NEVER paid 9 Dollars for one garment. Anywhere. You will there. They barely speak English, which makes it very difficult to communicate, ( I am not from the USA either, but speak very well Shakespeare's language). The gentleman examines the garments, treats them like offending specimen of garbage, and never looks at you in the eyes. ( The store is immensely DIRTY). DO NOT EVER GO THERE.
