It's a nice little facility. Very clean!! The Manager, Destiny keeps this place running smoothly. She was able to keep everyone happy while coming back to assist me and my mom multiple times. My experiences here have been great CONSISTENTLY due to her calm demeanor. I come once or twice a week to wash. They also offer great pick up and drop off services! Check them out!! Theres food places close by as well, so it's a great place if you're hungry while you're washing. Easily accessible for handicapped which has been my biggest hassle.

The bridal shop was going to charge us $300 to alter this wedding dress. Bell laundry done it for under $70. They did an amazing job...

They are so nice and quick. Got my long (about floor length) coat done there for less than $30. It looked so beautiful once I got it back! Can't recommend them enough.

I went to this business and was greeted by a great staff.  The manager, Justin, introduced himself and welcomed me as a new customer and explained their services.  I was exceptionally pleased with the service and price.   I HIGHLY recommend this location on Main Street in Spartanburg.  They have definitely won my business. I had 8 pair of pants hemmed, and 3 pair taken in at the waist.  The alterations were excellent, and the work turned out beautifully.  It took a little longer than expected, but so worth the wait. Well thy have lost my clothes again. I had a man's pants and shirt that were not mine and not my wife's pants. This is not the first time, its the third or fourth. They write up my wife's pants as MAN'S PANTS EVERY TIME . DAY 2, MANAGER NOT CALLED me . Second post.

Ppl here were helpful. The washers and dryers all worked great and I did my laundry for less than five bucks ,,, it was absolutely the most efficient laundromat I've been to.

I would never come here again. I only came because it is close to where I live. The laundry attendant person was smoking cigarettes INSIDE of the laundromat, so if you have kids don’t bring them. Everything here is so outdated.

I choose this laundymat because it's affordable and convenient. And this place keeps the regular washers and keeps them affordable. With things changing all around us  constantly, I feel like I can wash clothes in a place that doesn't change up on me constantly. If that makes any sense to ya at all , I guess  I just like this place either way .

If you have any clothing of importance needing to be cleaned I strongly recommend you go anywhere but here. I dropped my wedding dress off on 8/23, told them I wanted the dress cleaned and pressed, they said no problem Id have it by 9/10. That date came and went, I called and they told me it’d be another week because they had to order a special bag. A week came and went, I called and they said “oh it’s ready to pick up” so my mom picked it up for me. I tried it on the next day and was absolutely heartbroken, not only was there no special bag that I waited an extra week for but the dress had been hung up by the shoulders of the dress, not by the straps, and one of the buttons was dangling by a thread. The shoulders had been stretched to the point I could no longer wear it, it hung off my shoulders. I called the next day to get to the bottom of what happened and the girl told me they had sent it off to be cleaned, they send all their wedding dresses out and the button was damaged then so it was not their responsibility. She also told me that I had only asked for it to be pressed, not cleaned which was not true. I was charged $216 for a press only? That didn’t seem right. She gave me Tommy’s number, who was so rude and completely dismissive of my concerns and he insisted he had to see it because he couldn’t just give me a refund. My mom brought it back to the store a few days later and I never heard from anyone, I called and left Tommy a voicemail but he never returned my call. I finally called the corporate number and a very helpful lady named Beth helped me out. Within a few minutes Tommy called me back, stating my dress had actually never left the store and was pressed there. It was so confusing because it was different than what the girl told me, and once again I was met with a condescending attitude from him. After a few back and forth calls, he finally apologized and said he’d give me a partial refund. Thanks again to Beth who called the next day and gave me the full refund. I was finally able to pick up my dress today, 10/2. Now my wedding is a week away and my dress is ruined, I’m not sure what I’m going to do and I’m beyond heartbroken. Please take your business somewhere else and save yourself the trouble and heartbreak of this store. I’ve included pics of my receipt and of the dress after I picked it up, clearly hanging by the dress itself and not by the straps it came with.

If the selection included clicking NO stars I would.  This is the WORST dry cleaner I have ever used and would recommend it to no one.  My clothes were dropped of on 5/16 to include a navy blue Brooks Brothers suit that I had worn once.  When picked up on 5/28 the "manager" Thomas was unable to locate the jacket for the suit, instead I was handed a large man's blue Brooks Brother jacket which I promptly gave back and asked them to find my suit jacket.  I was also told they had turned my WHITE Brooks Brothers blouse PINK. I have been in communication with the "manager Thomas since May 16th . It is now July 4th . I called him again June 30th, Thomas said he would call me back on July 3rd he NEVER did. I asked him where the reimbursement was for my clothes?  He didn't know.  I am out over $700 in clothes that are lost or ruined.  There has been no resolution, my jacket has not been found, there is no reimbursement and the communication, service, quality of work could not be WORSE!!

Service was good, but the facility looked dirty and outdated. Made me feel like I was bringing my item to be cleaned at a dirty place. Exactly your thought!

They kept my 100% silk dress over a month. They had to redo it 3 times because of the wrinkles.  On the second time I went to pick it up the dress had 3 holes in in it. They couldn't fix it. They offered to reimburse me the cost of the dry cleaning, but wouldn't replace the dress or pay for it. Needless to say I intended on wearing the dress to my friends wedding, he was the father of the bride and I had to buy a dress at the last minute. I do not recommend these cleaners. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I'll never use them again

The owner is very very rude. The lady behind the counter is nice but the owner should not be running a business. Ever since his day passed away the business has been going down hill. The way I seen him talk to a customer I want be back… Do not use their services

After a disagreement with my sister the owner went into a rant and the mistake was clearly made by the counter help. But he acted like a fool and I lost all respect when he tried to throw my deceased mother's dress out the door.  I understand 😤 people can get in their feeling but we paid for the service and the extra services but try and throw paid for services out the door. I felt like he said here dog go fetch. I will not patronizing this particular cleaners again if you got to act and treat people like dogs. It was very unnecessary. Yes my sister got upset but as a business owner you should have removed yourself from the situation and let someone calm and mild mannered handle it. Conflict resolution classes and anger management for starters. Overall the dry cleaning was good just not customer service. Please be aware and not let this type of behavior ruin your business.

Took white shirts to them they got oil stains on 1 shirt tried to clean but couldn't and refused to pay for it I don't recommend them to anyone. This is not the only time this happened they gotten it out before but refused to pay for my shirt this truely unhappy with the service please check your garments before leaving.
