I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt considering it's locally owned,  etc. I've been going there consistently over the last year and my clothes do not reflect their high prices. The pictures are how my clothes looked when I picked up.  Mind you, shirts are $5.50, dresses are $10. The 3 stars are for quick turn around and convenience.

I took a dress up there to have 2 in hemmed up. And to have some side slits cut down by the hem so that it wouldn't be so tight around the feet. It was a long dress that brand new when I got it I put it on and it barely touched the floor. If it had been cut off 2 in and then him it would no longer touch the floor. Got it home I put it on and it is still the same length touching the floor. Brought it back up here and she argued with me and refuse to refund my money. But I simply asked her if it had actually been cut off two inches in him how would it still be touching the floor. She said she didn't know. I know it was not done right. Y'all be careful getting something done. This may have just been an oversight but them refusing to make it right is wrong way to handle business.

I tried to get my comforter dry cleaned. I was told if anything was damaged by them they wouldn't replace it. I was told by lady at counter that they damage expensive comforters all the time. I will never use this place. You damage it you replace it. If you can't guarantee your work how are you still in business? Js

The laundry mat is filthy!!! they do not get in the washers and give them a good clean!!!  it’s filthy!!!!!

EDIT!!! The owner does care! He reached back out to me and fixed it but his management will soon ruin his business if they don’t start picking up the slack!!!

Management he depends on you to make sure his business is clean and running good what is the point of your job if you CANT?

Not sure what to think of this place!  Everytime I come into this place, the floors are typically trashed (see pictures).  Place is suppose to be under video surveillance.  Dryers have damaged drums (see pictures)because of the carelessness of patrons leaving nails, screws etc that damage the drums in return damages your clothes.  Yet maintenance should be done and maintained.  Use at your own risk, and at your expense when you have to replace clothes because of damage from the dryer.

In response: We did speak,  wasn’t a shake down.  Just won’t patronize this business..  never asked for a dime.  But how low can one go too discredit someone.  Just a consumer spreading my experience to other paying consumers. Consumer beware!!!

4 stars because its a quarterless (optional) wash and dry. The worst part of going to a laundromat is putting in 40 quarters one by one to start a load of laundry. Ridiculous. This one has a pay on your phone option and its very user friendly.
It's an unmanned laundromat and it doesnt look like its cleaned very often. The washers could really use some sprucing up in that department. BUT the tables are clean, the floors are fair, and all the machines work and have timers. The pay on your phone app also shows you how much time is left on your washers, so you can wait in your vehicle without making trips inside to see if its done or not.
Overall, its a decent place. I've certainly been to worse. The washers all hold a very good amount of laundry, some holding like 6 loads of laundry at once. Maybe more?

Always full and people in the laundry  mat are rude and I witnessed a lady take an elderly clothes out of a dryer and put her on clothes in there. The elderly lady's clothes were not dry at all.

This place is very neglected, very nasty, and stinks.!! I will not be back!
