Great experience. It was only a 25 hour turnaround. We used the kiosk to drop off and pick up and it was kind of fun.  The dress looks beautiful and is all ready for the brides big day!

We have been a customer for 10 years. They are an excellent cleaning service. They will repair shirts - missing buttons, tears, etc. Very friendly staff. No complaints in 10 years and we use them weekly. They have even stayed late for me when I called and was on the way and needed to pick up my cleaning. Now that's customer service!

I don't know the owners' names but I know these folks have been in Kilgore since before I moved here 13 years ago.  Didn't use them until a few years ago because I had other companies I'd used before.  It was surprising when the second or third time I walked in, the lady co-owner filled in my name on the ticket without having to ask my name
Soon, she had my laundry orders already hanging on the pick up rack, when I walked in the door, having seen me before I walk in, knowing my name and responding immediately.  Shockingly good customer service.  They even get the cuffs right on my shirts, taking the time to use the shirtsleeve equipment instead of saving time as most do , just flattening the sleeve and cuff ...that kind of short cutting that most dry cleaners do just drives me crazy.  These people will do all my laundry and dry cleaning from now on unless they forget how to serve their customers.  Not likely, considering the consistent helpful, appreciative attitude I've seen for years now.

Horrible service.  My dad has used this cleaners for years they burned and damaged several of his items.  Refused to offer any type of resolution.  While at facility they employees began to speak to each other in a different language and dismissed him saying they did not clean clothes there.  Even though he has receipt and clothes were tagged and in bag from their business.  Very dishonest business.

I highly recommend this dry cleaners.  They do such careful and high quality work.  I have always been pleased with their work.

Clean. Dryers dont get very hot.  Quiet.  Has a TV and vending machines.  Subway sandwiches place next door.

Ruined a load of my clothes giving them stains. Number to contact is not in service. I contacted a number that was posted last time I did laundry about a dryer that didn't work and I'd put $1 in to dry but never got a response back. I was very impressed the first couple times I used this laundromat but after my last 2 experiences I'll be looking for a new place to do laundry. Very disappointed and will no longer recommend. These stains came from the dryer, they were not there coming out of the washer.

not much to say other than the machines work and they're cheaper than other places. I like that it's a quarter per 8 mins for the dryer because I would rather hang dry most if mine anyway but that 8 mins gives drying a little head start

Second time I’ve gone there and been ripped off. Even seen one washer that hasn’t worked for 3 weeks, but no sign! Going to make drive into Longview or somewhere else from now on. Ridiculous! Large washers & dryers is only reason this is a 2 rating! Grrr!!!

Very clean not expensive and equipment always clean and works and if you call because something isn't working they answer and fix problem real fast best laundry mate in town

This amazing establishment was very assertive with what I needed done in a hasty manner. It was prom and everything was going so well until our son decided he didn't like his pants at the bottom. 🤦🏽‍♀️ This place took those pants had it done within a day and our son was happy. So I wish I could give this establishment a 10 star! I highly recommend this location for your alterations and dry cleaning. We are definitely going back to give these fine people business..🧡

They did a sleeve alteration on a suit jacket and had it ready in 3 days. I really appreciated it. It was over $41, more than I expected for my husband is only wearing it once.

Today was a hard day as we lost our patriarch of our family. I went to pick up his suit, and had a bit of emotion spill out. The wonderful women here wouldn't take my money. Never go to finish line, I took my Mustang there and came out looking worse than when it was dirty. I paid for the premium wash and in return all I got was dried soap all over my car and scratches from the overly used scrub brushes.

I will only use Finish Line. So nice and accommodating, I highly recommend everyone support this family owned business.
