⭐ Warning – Do NOT take your leather goods here!

I brought my 100% leather coat (purchased in Italy) to Royal Cleaners to have it cleaned and stored. Before leaving it, I specifically verified with the manager that they were able to properly clean real leather. She confirmed that they could.

When I picked it up a week later, the coat was completely ruined — the leather was faded, there was a hole in the front, and the sleeves were damaged. When I showed the manager, she said she didn’t have to inspect it when it returned from the outside company that actually did the cleaning.

I requested the name of the company they used and their business insurance information from both the manager and owner. They refused to provide it. Even my attorney attempted to get the information, but the owner still refused to cooperate.

I eventually had to take them to small claims court, but the judge wouldn’t review all the photos, emails, or attorney letters. The judge stated I should sue the company that cleaned the coat — even though Royal Cleaners was the one who hired them and took responsibility for the service.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you value your leather or designer items, do not take them to this cleaner.

My sister got married in December and her wedding dress got car grease on the front chest panel of the dress THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING. I don’t have a lot of dry cleaning but when I have something, I use Dapper.  I have also used them for some tailoring.  I’ve always been happy with their work. I did have an issue recently with something not getting delivered back to the shop on time. The staff worked very hard on a Saturday to get me what I needed. I was very appreciative of the time and effort she put in to have my item that day. Very good customer service.

I got a cholis in the mail 2 days before the event I needed it for, and it was way too big. I needed an alteration basically within 36 hours. The owner really went above and beyond to make the alterations and teach me, in great detail, how to wear the outfit appropriately. I sooooo greatly appreciated her help! I’ll be coming here for all my alterations and dry cleaning in the future. Highly recommend!

I needed to have the Bias tape sewn around the edges of a City Chiefs blanket that I had quilted.  Took it to Dapper Cleaners and Niki assured me that they could complete the blanket by adding the Bias tape.  Niki was great to work with!  The blanket looks fantastic.

My family has been coming here for 5 years. They have been great with our Boy Scout shirts and even some alterations over the years. However, this time was very different. I was promised a Friday at 5 PM pick up time, and I actually left work early to pick it up at this time, only to drive there to be told that it wasn’t ready and that they did not know it was a rush at drop off. It wasn’t a rush, but it was the time that was promised on my receipt. They told me to come back the next day at 4 PM and said it would be ready, and I went back, and it was not ready. Finally, I get a text that it is ready on Monday and I go to pick it up. At that point, I was charged $48 to move three patches from one Boy Scout shirt to another. That’s more than double what I paid the last time I had this service. When I went to pay, the price was suddenly just over $50 and the person just pointed to the sign that said there would be a charge for paying with a card. I was not aware of any such charge previously. On top of that, when I questioned the higher amount, there was not really any explanation. After five years, I will not be back. $50 is way too much to move 3 small patches, especially considering it wasn’t even finished on time and I had to go back three times to pick it up. Prices need to be clearly stated upfront. The drop off receipt said that the total was zero dollars, which obviously I knew was not correct, but the drop off receipt should definitely have the total, especially if it is increasing from the last time.

I got my prom dress altered by the lovely owner. My dress fit perfect. We also added the side sleeves she did a great job. I’m so greatful 👏

Victoria and Jeslyn are absolutely amazing and are jewels to this establishment! This review is in no way a reflection of them. I started coming here about eight years ago for dry cleaning and small repairs (pants zipper, jean hemming, etc.), but this is my very first alteration experience.

It was challenging to connect with the owner to resolve the concerns. I wanted badly for this to work favorably but it didn't. The indifference from the owner is what's most irksome.

Whomever the seamstress is or whoever is part of the alteration process working on pieces behind the scenes, should not "practice" on actual clients' clothing. If a job is beyond their capabilities, express it before overcharging for poor execution.

I spent more than the cost of the dress for alterations and dissatisfaction- did not get what I paid for. I went in about four times to try it on, called, and communicated each time what I was looking for, but it was not fulfilled. I received the dress back with several material marks and an unflattering slit cut. No refund or compensation for marking up my dress or concrete alternative for correcting the issues.

Now, I'll have to take the dress to another state for quick repairs before the big event.

In the images, you can see the markings throughout the dress and the differences in the seams (one seam cut, the other seam original). One photo is of the original dress fitting with a model. The purpose of the alterations? The models are tall, I'm not. I didn't think this adjustment would be so complicated for professionals. 😔

I have used several dry cleaning establishments in the area over the last 17 years and have found Eco Green Dry Clean to be the best.  I have always received good, consistent results from their work and the customer service really shines each and every time.  It is a pleasure to pull up and have positive interactions from all of the staff while dropping off or picking up my dry cleaning.  I drive by 2 dry cleaning stores that are closer to me just to have our items taken care of by Eco Green. Friendly people can make a big difference.

Worse customer service . They do not let you when your clothes are in . Last time they put a red dot on my white line  suit pant and refused to admit it or compensate, even though that pant was not even
