Don't allow these folks to ruin your good clothes.  Only used them once and they ruined a Robert Graham Limited Edition shirt that I got to wear once.  I asked them up front if they knew how to clean silk, as this specific shirt was silk and they said it wouldn't be a problem.  not only did they ruin the silk, one of the buttons was broken.  Please avoid.

Took in a man’s vest, right hand zip, to replace zipper. They charged me $35, new vest is $70. Got vest back and a seam was pulling out before it was ever worn. They also put in a left hand zipper. Took it back they said they would fix the stitch but would only fix the zipper for another $35. I was told zippers are universal. A google search says mens zippers are right hand zip, womens left hand zip. Quaility of workmanship is poor and customer satisfaction does not matter to them. I will not take anything back to this business

Please reconsider doing business with The City Cleaners in Mount Pleasant. I dropped my clothes off in great condition only to pick them up damaged. A total of 7 pairs of jeans and 7 shirts were damaged. I have done business with Mc Collum's Cleaners since they started and never had an issue with them damaging my clothes, but I take my clothes to The City Cleaners one time and the first time they damaged my clothes beyond repair. The owners will not own up to their mistake and refuse to replace the damaged clothes. If that many pieces of clothing were damaged at the time of drop-off, then it should have been noted prior to cleaning and pressing. Also, I feel that they should have contacted me prior to cleaning and pressing the clothes to verify that I wanted damaged clothes cleaned and pressed beforehand.

Stansells is under new management.  If your clothing came from somewhere other than the dollar store , beware! They are we terrible at recognizing quality material as not thread-bare. My lucky Texas Longhorn shirt is missing. White shirts are yellowed. Unfortunately, as of now, they are the only game in town.

They charged me $ 104 dollars for 5 pair of jeans and 11 shirts , absolutely insane, every time I have to carry back part of my order because they didn’t do anything but press my shirts and I get xxheavy starch on everything every time and they have been told this 100 times , they do great on jeans but suck on shirts and pricing . Definitely recommend not using this place . Their customer service is terrible also
