Just called and started to explain that I have a leather jacket…that’s all I said. She said I can’t help you with that. My response: “you don’t even know what I need done.” Her response: “There’s a special machine that sews letter, that I don’t have.”  If she would’ve let me ask my question, she could’ve helped me because all I need is to remove stitches. Nothing to sew. Why own a business if you don’t want to make money? SMH.

Excellent Dry Cleaning service. They are not close to my home but worth the 20 min drive. They live up to the great reviews. When I dropped off some items I had the opportunity to meet Gilbert and Sylvia, they are wonderful people.

I had such a great experience with this family-owned cleaner in San Marcos. They recently consolidated their locations, so they don’t have a lot of storage space, but they went above and beyond for me. I accidentally left my clothes there for several months after moving away, and they were incredibly understanding about my situation. They even called to check in on me and make sure I could pick up my items when I was able. They do have a policy that they’re not responsible for holding items long-term, but they still helped me out without any extra fees. Their prices are great, and their service is super friendly. I definitely recommend them to any college student or local looking for a reliable cleaner!

I could not be more thankful for the staff at Victory. I am coming up on graduation and had scheduled a photo shoot without having a stole ordered. Luckily I was able to get one customized by their team and they were so gracious to rush to order and have it done a day early. It came out beautiful and their costumer service went above and beyond to get all the details I wanted added to the stole. I took my wedding dress in to get cleaned because the train got dirty due to the dirty floor where I had alterations done.
The cleaning and pressing of my dress came out fabulous.  My dress looked beautiful.
The only thing I was less than thrilled about was my dress was there for 10 days rather than the 8 days I expected which caused me some anxiety as my wedding date was near.
However, The man communicated with me every day about the status of my dress (after it was late), which I greatly appreciated.
It was kinda pricey.
All in all, I do recommend and I would take my stuff there in the future.

Always busy but never crowded, I do laundry there once a week and have no complaints, it's affordable and the staff is friendly the laundry mat is clean , bathroom is clean and fellow customers are very courteous! Highly recommend this place.

Be careful going to this place during early morning hours, there is a sign instructing you to see store clerk next door, at the gas station, if you have any issues with the machines. I put my last load into wash, closed the door properly and the amount of $4.50 was deducted from the pre paid card, which is normal, however, charging a fee every time you load the card is not typical of most laundry mats, however the amount was taken, and then the machine, spit out a door error code. Naturally, i checked the load, and tried to press start again, and nothing happened.. the machine went down. So I walked next door, and told him what the issue was, and asked me to wait 5 minutes, which i calmly did. When he showed up, he looked at the machine and told me what I already knew. The door was saying error. I then asked him to switch machines and that's when the problem started. He told me he could not switch machines and I would have to wait for a manager. Mind you, this was at 6am, and he told me someone might show up at 10am. I then proceed to ask for a number of anyone I could contact, and he refused, again to help the situation. So long story short, if you're washing early hours, be sure to have extra money, if you're fortunate to do so,just incase a machine steals yours, because there's no one that will help correct the situation. So the take away, is have extra money, don't bother going next door, he can't help you, and good luck trying to get a refund, because he made me feel as though I was trying to get a free load.

Machines are reasonably priced. Alot of them are out of order. They do have an atm but the change machine only one takes 20s others 1s and 5s only, u can use ur debit card but it draws a hold on ur bank account for 24 to 48 hrs. The bathrooms were horrible pee smell and pee on floor. I think there might be better laundromat out there.
