I really do love this place and have come weekly the last 2 years, but lately I’ve noticed some issues. I overheard a regular say they bring their own water because the machines have been adjusted to use less, and honestly, it makes sense. Items aren’t rinsing all the way through, even when not overloaded. Some blankets, and clothes, come out with dry spots, and I’ve paid for hot water only to get hot in some machines and cold in others despite paying the fee for hot water. If we’re paying extra per wash, we should at least get full rinses and the water temperature we paid for. This is concerning with detergent not being fully rinsed and becoming an irritant, especially to those who have sensitive skin.

Super clean. A little small but it all works and we didn’t have to wait for a washer or a dryer.

Usually leaves clothes smelling worse, moldy washers, expensive and the dryer never thoroughly drys the clothes.

Met a nice lady there.  My first visit to a laundromat in many years. It was clean and easy to use. Many of the machines had clothes in most dryers for hours before the owners came back. A bit unfair to the rest. Price is quite high, just like everything else these days. Good selection if you can use them!

Festival Dry Cleaners saved the day with my wedding dress! I live out of state, but was getting married in Boyce, VA. On Friday, we tried to steam my dress for my Saturday wedding, but it was just not steaming like we had hoped. My mother in law was panicked, so at the last minute (like 3 pm on Friday) we called and they said they could get it steamed for us for the next day. My dress was steamed and ready for pick up by 12 pm on Saturday. My wedding was at 4 pm! The quick turn around was amazing and my dress looked stunning. They also dry cleaned all the suits for our wedding!

I just retrieved a men's formal dinner jacket, and it still smells of body odor. It had been worn for a night out-- lots of dancing. I informed the person with whom I left the jacket that body odor was the main concern and pointed to the underarms. The person who attended me on pick-up was a different person. When I pointed out that the jacket still smelled, he just shrugged his shoulders. He did not offer additional cleaning. I will never return here.

Dropped a suit and pants off on a Monday afternoon and the ticket they gave me said it would be ready that wednesday by 5pm. It was. Before bringing it to the cleaners, the suit had gunk all over it from who knows what. It was returned to me spotless. Great job! Relatively inexpensive, too.

Super nice people. Great for alterations. But they also consistently burn things when ironing.
