The cleaners at this address is now named Harbour Cleaners.  This is the second location of a family-owned business that's been in Chesterfield for almost two decades, if not longer.  They offer all of the standard services, and I have no complaints.

I needed same day alterations on a Saturday and the seamstress was able to do it within 2 hrs. Great Customer Service!

I was hesitant to go here at first because of all the negative reviews, but my experience was totally professional. The woman working there was courteous and did a great job of hemming my pants. It wasn't cheap, exactly, but sewing is skilled work that I expect to pay a little for since it takes me too long to do it myself and won't be nearly as good. I felt like the prices were fair and in line with what I've been accustomed to paying elsewhere.

They have taken great care of my orders.  I dry clean almost $100 worth each time.  The lady at the counter is friendly.
It's next to the Matress store and UPS store.

Terrible business practice

I went to drop a pair of pants off to be altered. She pinned the pants, then she gave the price and pickup date of over a week.

I looked at my phone and could buy  brand new pants and have them delivered that day for almost the same price.

I told her no thanks you and even explained why in a nice way. While I was leaving, she snatched out the pins and kept making a psssttt sound with her mouth. She said didn’t know why about three times, under her breath even after I explained and showed her. It’s not the customers job to keep you in business that’s your own. Either you stay competitive or shut down. When you enter another country you will conform to their customs or go back from where you came, terrible attitude from the staff and won’t see a penny from me again.

I’ve been taking my clothes here for the last 3 years and I have never been let down. The staff is incredible and they truly take pride in their work. If you are looking for a dry cleaner in chesterfield, this is should be your first stop.

DO NOT SUPPORT!! I just received the worse form of racism I could ever imagine. I went in here to get my pants tailored (military uniform at that) .. and I asked the lady how much for my pants to get tailored… she said ohh no ohh no.. your making me scared.. I can’t tailor your pants..
