Tiny Bubbles Laundromat Front Royal

I came from another laundromat in town. Bubbles is definitely the best laundromat in town. It’s quiet, clean and you can use the restrooms. They also do not up charge for hot water.

The laundry mat opens very early (5am) and has a multitude of washers and dryers of various sizes. You can conveniently tap your debit card on the machine to wash and dry. It is located right on Main Street so there are a lot of great options for food. There is plenty of parking in the front, side and back. If your phone is dying, no worries, there is also a charging station. If you do not have time to wash your own, leave it with them and pick it up later.

This was my first visit to Tiny Bubbles, and I would HIGHLY recommend. The place is fabulous not only is it the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to, the prices can't be beat. I utilized the wash dry fold servic3 and was surprised to find out that new customers get this for only 1.00 per pound.   Sarah was so helpful and welcoming and Carolyn was a super big help to me as I finished up with folding some other laundry I had. This is definitely the best spot around , and I will certainly not take my laundry anywhere else from now on! Thank you!

Establishment was dated but very clean. The lady attendant was super friendly. She was cleaning and disinfecting machines the whole time I was doing my laundry. Will definitely use this facility again.

First time here today and the staff is great! Very friendly and went out of their way to help me get situated. The laundromat is clean and tidy, and i was able to use their larger machines to knock several loads out at once. Our machines at home are currently down and this was a breeze! I hate do be one of those people but if I could leave zero stars I would. I dropped my matron of honor dress off Tuesday of this week and asked for it back Thursday, any time Thursday. I got a call yesterday, Thursday afternoon saying they didn't have something to treat the dress. However, if I absolutely needed it, they would have it ready. I said no it's okay, I just need it first thing Friday morning as we are headed out of town for the wedding. I understood and was willing to work with them. Well come today, Friday... I pick up my dress, pay for it and she apologizes for the delay. I'm like no big deal, I appreciate you getting the dress to me. I walk out of the store and get into the daylight and there are ink stains all over my dress. I mean everywhere. I immediately bring it back in and she says to bring it back and she'll fix it afterwards. Uhm... that does me no good. I need this dress for my best friends wedding and it's ruined. I am not a confrontational person, I found her to be very dismissive, unhelpful, and unapologetic about it. There is no resolution as I refuse to go back there, I'm out of money for a brand new dress, amd the cost of the cleaning.

I come here to dry clean my favorite jackets and also to adjust and tailor my clothing. Tailoring was great! They fixed several pants for me. And the dry cleaning is so good I get compliments at work for how white and clean my jackets look.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Customer service is terrible here.We are new to the area, and we were looking for a new dry cleaning service I presented slacks that my husband has dry cleaned regularly. First I was told the return time would be 4 days and so I questioned this as being their usual dry cleaning time.  I was told that the pants had to be washed. So I asked why would they wash them before dry cleaning. I was told that the cleaning care tag read machine wash, so they would launder them. I’m sorry, I would never pay some to wash my clothes. So I challenged this and stated, I want them dry cleaned.  The woman who was at the counter said she had to clear it with the person I assume is the owner or manager.

When the second woman came to the counter she argued with me about the tags reading machine wash and what dry cleaner did I claim to have them done by, as if I were not being honest about having them dry cleaned. Finally, she agreed to dry clean them as requested but wanted me to release them from liability. Liability for what? For simply laundering the pants in the manner that I requested?

Needless to say. We won’t be back to this cleaner.  I would have not minded them expressing a difference of opinion, I felt they were condescending and spoke to me like I was ignorant, and did not know what my husband had requested.

I took four sets of uniforms already washed and requested just a press. I requested for them to be done the next day, after all, their sign does say they can do one hour press. The person that was helping me never asked me if I wanted my clothes starched and chose to ignore some of my questions, she was very rude.  She kept sighing and telling me they would try to have my clothes done. When I asked what a suitable time to return the next day, she gave me attitude and asked me when I wanted to pick them up. Judging by the quality of the customer service, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my clothing with this shop. I chose to collect my clothing and just press them myself. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Horrible experience...when my husband picked up our dry cleaning, 3 shirts were missing. When he called to let them know he was missing some items, the woman he spoke to argued with him on the phone, saying she had given them back and essentially saying he was lying, until she ended up finding them while still on the phone. She refused to give him her name until he asked several times, and also refused to give the name of her supervisor. We also asked for the buttons to be checked/resewed on several items and they were not done although we were charged for them....a button fell off of one item as soon as we got home. They offered to re-check them but honestly at that point we just wanted to be done with the whole situation. We would not go back again.
