Lenard is a magician. we bought a 20 x 12 rug at an estate and consignment shop in Lynchburg. He picked it up, cleaned it and delivered it for a very fair price. The results are spectacular. As was the service. Communicated through the entire process and showed up on time and was very polite, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Easy to wash clothes in bulk. They were helpful when a machine didn't work and sent a check for 50cents in a couple days when a machine didn't work. Overall good experience

I use to visit this laundromat sometimes, not at all anymore. However, my past experiences were pretty okay. Machines are functional, and usually not super packed during the early hours of the morning. It seems to fill up more in the afternoon. A few of the washers and dryers support Google Pay which is super cool. I am sure Apple pay would work as well.

I dont like laundry mats, but we are traveling and I needed to do laundry. This place was clean and well kept. It even had machines that would take cards. The machines were quick...quicker than my home ones.  And the dryers were super quick and inexpensive to use.

I have never had a problem with this place until last night whoever was working on 1/27/22 was extremely rude about how they approached telling me when the last wash was, being that I didn't know I came in at around 8:30p.m. and the employee gave me a very hateful look before telling me in a rude manner when the last wash was. Saying something along the lines of "you don't plan on washing those clothes do you" or something to that effect, can't say I expected anything less though she's always in there slaming trash cans around when emptying them....Needless to say I'd love to come back and wash my clothes this won't deter me from visiting once again.

While the weathers did an amazing job, the dryers were terrible. They only dried 4 minutes at a time and it took forever. I brought a lot of wet clothes home with me.

Boonsboro Cleaners

Poor work but what made it worse was the customer service. I brought in a brand new suit on Thursday to be pressed for my son's wedding. I went to pick it up on Saturday morning as scheduled. When I looked at the suit I noticed the jacket had a crease pressed into the lapel, and as you will see in the pictures there were other areas that look like they had just been missed in the pressing.  I spoke with Julie, who with her husband Andy, are the owners. My family was scheduled to go out of town on Monday. Julie recognized that the jacket needed to be repressed and said that her husband Andy must not have inspected it when it was pressed. Julie said that they could get it re-pressed and either delivered to me by noon on Monday or I could pick it up from the store Monday morning by noon. She said that they would make it right. I felt like Julie was trying to do the right thing and mistakes happen. About an hour later, I got a call from Andy, her husband, who said that there was nothing wrong with the jacket, that he had pressed it himself, and that Julie, and two other customers said there was nothing wrong with the jacket. (Why other customers would be sharing their opinions is not clear to me. I think the pictures speak for themselves.)  Andy also said the he couldn't get it repressed by Monday morning. He told me I either needed to pick up the jacket by noon on Saturday or that they would be open at eight on Monday and I could pick it up then. He said that they would refund my money, but that they would not fix the problem. I told him that I was not happy but that he wasn't giving me any choice. I drove back to the store on Saturday to get the jacket, which ruined by planned Saturday morning breakfast with my son and family. On the way, I call Julie, told her I was coming back for the jacket , she said she had refunded the payment. I expressed to her what really hurt was that her husband who had never seen the jacket (at least that day) said there was no problem when she and I had seen the jacket and she had acknowledged that there was a problem.   When I got back to the store I told Julie that my breakfast with my son had been ruined.  Her whole attitude had changed. She said she didn't want to hear it, what I had said was inappropriate, and to get out of the store.

Service was fast and friendly and my clothes cleaned and pressed well. Only thing I was a fan of was the price but I do understand you get what you pay for. It was $26 to clean 1 suit. It’s convenient to my location is why I use it.

Really good people run this place. They don't have machines on site so don't show up the day before a wedding and expect them to have your things cleaned in an hour but their customer service more then makes up for it

Kwik As A Wink Dry Cleaners

I’ve been coming here a while and have generally had good experiences. I was disappointed to see that they cut Saturday hours (I came by and they were closed) and today I dropped by on a weekday and they again are closed. Another customer also pulled up around the same time as well. I understand it’s nice to close the doors if you own the business but it’s becoming problematic at this point. Of course I hope that everyone is ok and in good health-just consider getting a warm body to accept drop offs and pickups instead of closing.

They were nice and successfully got out tough stains, but they shrunk all my cashmere sweaters to a size smaller so I can’t wear them anymore. They are also much scratchier now instead of soft. :( I read online that this happens when they improperly apply too much heat. This has never happened in all the times I’ve dry cleaned my sweaters. The sweaters also still smell. Really bummed.

Staff were extremely curt and abrasive. It is understandable if the business is busy and garments cannot be turned around in time, but to be met with rude denial for basic requests ensures that I will not come back nor recommend this business to anyone.

Customer service horrible walked in with 10 pairs of pants told me they couldn’t get it until done until January over three weeks away. One worker was cutting her nails in the middle of the store And the other lady just growned when she saw me walk in with my pants.  It was like oh gosh, we don’t want more business

Exceedingly rude customer service. This was my first time dry cleaning something, as I normally have clothes I can clean myself. The place was too busy to accept my business, which is very understandable, however I decided to try this place as I need a suit cleaned urgently and the lady at the counter was more rude than I remember basically anyone in a service industry being, and I say that as someone who has only ever worked in the service, food, and hospitality industries. I understand if someone is having a busy or bad day, and I empathize, but that is no excuse to behave so rudely to a person who is in an unfamiliar situation or is a first-timer in your place of business. I will not return and I will encourage others not to, unless I can get some form of help understanding if that type of customer-facing behavior is normal for dry cleaning.

Blue Ridge Dry Cleaners

They have no quality control measures in place. I wear corporate attire and they've ironed my pants so to show more than one crease in the pants. The double over the original creases and have the gaul to blame the machinery. It's clearly the inattentive staff operating the machinery. Gave them 3 times to correct and they came back worse than the first time. Had to take it to the professional in the next plaza to fix their screw up. The area does not have many dry cleaners left. We hope the quality providers have the band width to take on more clientele. So sad.

Consistently screw up clothes.  Do NOT go here.  Poor customer service,  are not open regularly, but they regularly iron "railroad tracks" i.e. two creases in pants so it looks like garbage.  Last pairs of pants I brought in had white stains on them (see image)  so I brought in for a redo and they werent ready when promised.

They did exactly what they promised to do and did it very well! The gentleman who was manning the post could not have been nicer. The uniform came out looking almost like new! Thank you folks for a job well done and at a better than reasonable price!

I had a great experience with the professional service and prompt pick up time.
