Small and clean with new machine, However they don’t have a lot of washing machines.
6 front load -
3 larger ($4.75/load), 3 regular ($3/load), plus 2 extra larger that are out of order.
In the back there are 4 older top load machines that’s $2.75/load.
They do have quite a lot dryer tho, it’s 5min/qt. Maybe you can handwash at home and bring it here to dry...

This is the 2nd laundromat I've been too in this area and I'm so glad for this one. It has a bathroom! They have card machines so you don't have to worry about cash and quarters! They have mega load washers! I'm happy that I have somewhere to do laundry now. The other place I hated so much I just saved my laundry to take to relatives out of town lol

Overpriced. And the best dryers are the one that are coin operated without card use. 25 min on high =$1.0 is enough to dry a full load. They need a broom so customers can sweep up after themselves.

I have been using laundry land in Riverdale for many years. I love coming because it's clean. The man who cleans laundry land is very good! Usually when he is there he normally says you have time to put your clothes in by 8:15. Only on occasion would I even come that late. Today I came by 8:09 and when I approached the door,a lady cleaning, says I'm closing at 9:00. According to the other gentleman who cleans,your last load can be in by 8:15 and they stay until your load/loads are dry. Irritated, I didn't say a word I turned around and got back in the car. When I got back out the car to look at the time schedule she opens the door and says you can wash but your clothes may  not have time to completely dry. Now what kind of crazy mess is that... First time ever, smh.

Very clean and nice! Also very expensive. The dryers do not get hot enough. About 2$ to dry a load. Single load wash is 3$.

Worst laundry facility. Half of the machines that say they work and don't, then your clothes are trapped until it's "done". Trying to get an actual persons help on the weekends is not possible. And my refund won't be processed for weeks??

Half the washers have no hot water, other half doesnt spin the water out of your clothes. Maintainnce is never there if your need them. Dryers are hot tho.

Clean facility.  I have rarely seen an out of service machine there.  Very convenient!

What a joke. I dropped off 4 shirts to be dry cleaned. I asked them for starch. I was told it would take one week. A week later and they couldn't find my shirts. Another week later and still no shirts. Four days after that they finally had my shirts but lost one. I was told it should show up, try stopping by in 2 weeks. I was shocked to see that the shirts were not even ironed. Looks like they just steamed them and that's it. Now I have to iron shirts that I paid to get done. Will never go back after they resolve my missing shirt issue.

The sign series three for two. Then they charge full price,stateing that is only for dry cleaning. I said that is what I get. But they said you got two pants and a shirt. Never again even if I have to drive further
