Previously we had good service in Lexington.  My husband Contacted Staunton for pick up and delivery services which they said they provided.  Pick up on Monday, drop off on Thursday was the schedule.  Also requested the account under disabled brother’s name for accounting and bill tracking purposes - which was not set up correctly. Have missed quite a few weeks of pick up which pushes off returns.   No pick up last week, thought it was corrected for pick up Thursday.  Missed again Thursday, and missed again today (Monday).  Please don’t offer services which you cannot deliver on.   We will seek services elsewhere.

I've been here to bring in some clothes for church. My pants and button-up shirts have looked awesome. The people are very kind and helpful. Love this place!

In particular the quality of the shirt laundry is exceptional - the starch is perfect. My family has been in the dry cleaning and laundry business since 1932 in Westerville, OH and I worked there as a kid so I do know what good is supposed to look like. These guys nail it!

They did a really well job, cleaning my Class A uniform. But my coat came back missing a button on my coat. But things happen. I had to do a last minute tailor job. But I will most definitely use them again. Pricing was affordable.

They really did a great clean of my home. It was a post construction cleaning. Fast, efficient and thorough. My windows were like brand new. I will have them do my windows regularly. I've recommended John and his crew to my insurance company for future references. Thank you Lambert Cleaning!

We hired Lamberts for a move out cleaning. They charged me for extra labor but it honestly doesn't even seemed like they cleaned anything. The house was empty so I'm not sure how they could've missed as much as they did. They DO NOT offer refunds.

Updated Response: Lambert listed their time of arrival at 11:50am and arrived at 11:30am. There were some items still in the house but they were removed within 10-15min of their arrival.  While they did offer to do a touch-up service, this was a move-out cleaning. The new owner had taken possession of the home by the time they addressed the issues. Since they specifically offer move-out services,  they need to offer refunds, even partial refunds. Both of which were denied.

Finally decided to leave a review it’s been about 2 weeks since our rug cleaning, the gentleman that came out was very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. He explained the process and what to expect after. First off I hate carpet and I hate that this entire apartment is carpeted. We have one small dog and she has been pretty decent for the most part. After the cleaning we did as instructed vaccum. For me the carpet feels different but the look, I am not quite sure of. I think it still looks dark. In our heavy traffic areas the color lightened a little letting me know some of the dirt was removed but the areas that were much lighter seem to now be uniform with the heavy traffic areas everything appears dark. Our carpet is brown originally light brown. I was expecting it to become much lighter than when we clean it ourselves.I think for me the cleaning did not exceed or meet my expectations it was just basic. I had really anticipated it coming back to life since the cleaning was “professionally done” versus our home wet vacuum cleaner. Luckily for us this is not our forever home  and we just needed to freshen up our space.

First it is important to say  that the entire Lambert staff from office to rug cleaner are friendly, efficient and the epitome of what customer service should be.We have a 20 year old carpet which, while cleaned several times before, was absolutely filthy-3 dogs who occasionally made a mistake plus daily traffic. The appointment was made quickly, the rug cleaner on time and he did an excellent job. With their technique the rug was essentially dry in 4 hours. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of our experience with Lambert and do not hesitate to recommend them.

We hired Lambert to do a deep cleaning of my mother's house after she passed away.  They were there only there for a few hours and did a HORRIBLE job.  The windows were not touched, the fridge was not wiped down, didn't wipe down the furniture, the stove or the kitchen bar.  They missed several windowsills; cobwebs left on the walls.  Very disappointing.  We had to go back and redo everything they missed.

I got my best suit dry cleaned there before my move out of state. When I pulled the plastic off to wear a couple of months later there was a hole in the fabric of the lapel that they never told me about which certainly was not there when I dripped it off. They ruined a $700 suit and there is nothing I can do about it at this point.
