Update 22 Feb 2025: Management called me to repair the jacket and clean the stain. The repairs alone saved me at least $150 so greatly appreciated. Their desire to reach back speaks volumes about the care and quality behind their product and reputation. I didn’t expect that to happen. I’ve been a consistent customer based on their quick turnarounds so I am updating my rating to what it is based on previous history - 5 stars.

I have taken everything from vintage clothing, bedding, and my husband's airline uniform to Acclaim Cleaners for *years.* Absolutely the best cleaners in Warrenton, not to mention nearby areas. Highly recommend!

This place cost us over $550 in damaged drapes from their work. When I tried to get a resolution, The owner was dishonest and unwilling to make up for the mistake(s). I've left two reviews online in my entire life. I felt it was important to let the public know not to trust anything of value with this cleaner. There's a reason you rarely get an answer when you call and you can't find an email address or website. They don't want to address their mistakes or provide any bit of reasonable customer service. Don't gamble when it comes to anything of value or that you cherish. Find another option.

First time I have used this Cleaners. Will never used again. Drop 2 shirts off and pointed out to lady that I had coffee stains on front of one of them. When I picked the shirts up today. Well the coffee stains are still in shirt . It is obvious it wasn't pretreated. It was pressed. So i said something to lady and they said they could do it again.  I told her it wasn't pretreated and that I had only worn it one time. I told her why not charge me for the one that wasn't done right and I would try to get the stain out like I should have done instead of trusting them. She said no we have to charge you anyway. So I paid the bill and told her I would not be back. Went to a cleaners close by and asked the lady if she could get it out, she said yes. She said the shirt wasn't treated first. So I pick it up tomorrow. But I have to pay gain.

Had pants hemmed here twice, been extremely satisfied with the results both times. I’ll always recommend them to anytime needing clothes cleaned, mended, or hemmed. They’re professional, greet you when you come in, and just very nice folks

I brought in an emergency alteration. A 4 layer bridesmaids dress 5 days before the wedding. I had already been turned down elsewhere. Dominion Valley Cleaners was professional and very fast. The alterations came out better than I could ever have dreamed and she got it done in just 5 days. The price was incredible for the work she did. I will be using this location for all alterations and dry cleaning needs from here on out!!

Had a bridesmaid dress altered here. Her prices were much more reasonable than other places, and she finished it within the week. She really helped me out. The finished product was great.

Amazing customer service. I dropped off so many clothes and Mija made sure I got them next day. Not to mention, they all look fantastic!! Only dry cleaner I will go to again. 5/5 stars, would recommend to a friend.

Got some shirts cleaned and pressed... They were wrinkled and looked like instead of being straightened out before putting the iron to certain spots, they ran over the dress shirts with it bunched up... Price was good. But you get what you pay for! (Pics in pictures)

This laundromat is clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to do laundry. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the experience much better. Getting coins for the machines is easy and convenient.

They will wash your king comforter for $27.  What a deal!  Or you can do it yourself with plenty of large washing machines. Very neat and clean place.

My experience at Sue's Laundromat took me from a one-time customer to a regular bc of all the awesome "laundry" pluses: saving time and money with the chance to chat with a super friendly, helpful staff. I personally do not look forward to the basic life necessity of laundry but my time at Sue's made the boring *wash-rinse-repeat* of doing laundry much more fun and enjoyable. The machines are modern, easy to use, and do a great wash and dry job. Detergent and fabric softener are available to purchase but most people bring their own. Different size load washer and dryers are available and take quarters (or you can make change from bills at the store). Tv and secure wifi are available to help pass the time but I enjoy getting to know the team and other customers most. Everyone always has great laundry tips that are so smart and actually work. Sue's Laundromat is a great local business with a friendly atmosphere that ALWAYS makes you feel welcome. I very much recommend and appreciate this business, its amazing staff, and the great new people that I meet. Thanks for your services! Jennifer

Staff member attending the facility was wonderfully friendly, helpful, informative, and courteous. Facility was very clean and bright, machines clean and in good repair, and all customers seemed quite happy with the service they received and were also very friendly. No rude, pushy, obnoxious, or "territorial" behavior from anyone, which was great. HIGHLY recommend this laundromat for anyone that doesn't otherwise have access to washer/dryer! 5 stars & thumbs up!

I brought in one badly mildewed outdoor cushion as a last ditch effort to try and salvage our investment.  The owner didn’t promise anything but said he would try.  Try he did with multiple scrubbings as if they were his personal property.  After he brought the first one back to life, I quickly took the next five to him.  Again he accepted the challenge and we now have a patio to be proud of again!  Country brings to mind the idea of a community that cares about one another.  If you are looking for an exceptional cleaner that cares, look no farther!!  A+++

I have been a loyal customer of Country Cleaners for several years now and am consistently impressed with the quality of their cleaning and alterations. As someone who is experienced with dry cleaners, I can confidently say this. During my younger years in the Army, I always had my uniforms dry-cleaned to maintain crisp lines and heavy starch for a professional look. After transitioning to the reserves and then to a civilian job, I continued to dress professionally—wearing a suit, dress pants, and a dress shirt—hoping to maintain that same professional appearance.

Having used many dry cleaners in various states, I can say that Country Cleaners exceeds expectations. While you may find a less expensive cleaner ( but doubtful), the quality of Country Cleaners work is excellent, and their prices are competitive. In recent years, everything has gone up in price, but Country Cleaners remains reasonably priced for the superior service they provide. Whenever I have a stain—whether it's coffee, grease, tobacco, or something else—I simply point it out, and it’s gone when I pick up my clothes. There have been times when I thought a shirt was beyond saving, but Country Cleaners always delivers.

When it comes to alterations, I’m happy to pay for great craftsmanship. My dress slacks are usually expensive, and rather than replacing them for a smaller (but typically larger) size, I have them altered at Country Cleaners. When I do buy new dress pants the bottoms are unfinished, so I take them to Country Cleaners. They always get the break just right, the brace buttons are perfectly positioned, and all other alterations and repairs are handled with precision. I trust them with everything from dress shirts, slacks, sweatshirts, hoodies, T-shirts, and undershirts to socks and handkerchiefs.

My wife would tell you I’m a bit of a perfectionist, but when it comes to dry cleaning and alterations, Country Cleaners is the epitome of perfection. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a cleaner in Warrenton or are dissatisfied with your current service.

This has been my dry cleaning and alteration business for 15 years. The owner is friendly and does an amazing job. Prices are quality are great.

Rude and expensive. Old guy at counter seemed like he was bothered by my presence. No greeting and barely any acknowledgement when I walked in. He gave me a high price to dry clean my coat. I went to Acclaim cleaners and got much better service and much cheaper price.

I usually take my wool coat to Country Cleaners at the end of the season to be cleaned until next winter.  I decided to try Zips in Manassas and was extremely disappointed.  I got it back and it was a mess - it actually looked worse and I was afraid that it couldn't be properly cleaned again, but I took it to Country Cleaners and as usual they did a fabulous job!  They are also my go to place for alterations.  Expert alterations for reasonable prices too!  I highly recommend Country Cleaners.

Couldn't believe the experience I had with my wife dropping off some clothes. Lady behind counter never looked at us even though no other customers were in store and still waited 5 minutes while she put tags on garments. We looked at her and my asked her can we get  some help and she said she was busy and for us to move clothes from one counter to the next. Wife said lady been mean to her last 3 visits. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Good luck on your visit  !!

The young woman who works there is delightful and always takes care of me with the highest level of customer service I’ve never experienced. She is on time, and has the prettiest smile, and has even closed late for me. She brightens all of her customers days and you leave with a smile knowing you and your belongings were well taken care of. Turn around time is very quick and I will only go here from now on. The clothes come back pressed, hung, wrinkle free and ready to go as they should. Pricing is also very competitive and fair. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

NEVER coming here again. The staff is RUDE!!! You get more courtesy from a kiosk. I have been coming here since opening day and have overlooked the occasional less-than-perfect quality because of the speed and price.  Spend the extra money and go to CleanMart in Chantilly on Airport Lane. They are family owned and operated. The older woman who joyfully brags about how she still works on her feet all day still takes the time to greet you and are pleasant. Can't wait to give my money to CleanMart. The cleaner were friendly people clean your clothes and treat you like a person.

If I could have given 0 stars that what I would have done . I dropped off my sons dress shirt and dress pants and had to have the inside of the bottom of one of the legs fixed. I dropped them off last Friday and asked the guy will these be ready by Monday he assured me they would.  I told him I needed to pick them up for my son to have for dressing for football that week.  I went to pick up Monday and only the shirt was ready.  I was told oh the pants will take a week. Huh no that’s not what I was told.  The girl I dealt with was rude and completely disrespectful when it came to calling the manager and the whole time speaking in Spanish.  When she spoke English to me  so disrespectful. I explained I would not be in Warrenton for he next week or two and had to have them back and I was told they are not back from Manassas (excuses me what?) no one told me the stuff gets shipped to Manassas.  I told the manager to call me with an update and how they would be getting me my sons pants. I only got a text and never a call from the manager.  We happened to be in Warrenton tonight so I made it a point to get there before they closed to pick up his pants.  I sent my son in to pick up and looked at them after we got to our next stop.  Mind you these are black plants and the thread is black.  They sewed them back with what looks like a clear thread 😡🤬 I don’t care if you can see it or not when wearing them it’s the point.  Doesn’t show up in the picture all that great.  First and last time using ASAP Cleaners, there is nothing ASAP about this place.

I received very poor customer service on my last visit.  The woman behind the counter, without even saying hello, rudely tells me "You need to unbutton all those buttons."  Isn't that her job?  Then, "You need to sign this receipt, not that one."  A little "please" and "thank you" goes a long way.  How about "thank you for your business?"
