I must say. I've used this place for my coats and they've done great. But I have to leave a review for my wedding dress. Our wedding was outside in April and my dress was FILTHY. I wanted to get it cleaned and preserved. Not only did they get the stains out but they put it in this beautiful box with a display so I can look at my gown without any trouble. Fabulous job! I highly recommend this place, especially for wedding dress preservation!

I love Fresh!   Fresh did a beautiful job on a 100% wool mid-calf length woman’s coat.   I was very impressed and have taken all my dry cleaning to them since then.   The people there are helpful and friendly and, most of all, they really know their business.

I tried to use them but they insisted that the rugs I brought in for their wash and fold service were sheepskin and could not be washed. I returned with the tags from the rugs which clearly state they are to be machine washed and tumble dried, no bleach. They are made of unreal lambskin. They weigh about 3lbs each and the total cost of washing and drying them should be about $10-$15. They gave me a hard time and wanted to send them to Corrigan Rug Cleaners in Winchester and take three weeks and charge about $40. Peoples Laundry in Winchester used to do them the same day and charge $10. The owner's of Peoples retired and closed the business. Now I have to ask myself what kind of laundry/dry-cleaner can't tell the difference between synthetic and sheepskin? I would not use these people as they were rude and unknowledgeable.

My wife and I have used Fresh for several years now and we fully enjoy the great service we see here.  I'd highly recommend them for you dry cleaning needs.

I went to do my laundry and he was mopping the floors. Asked me to wait 5 minutes which I did. Then he got very angry because I was there and I’m pretty sure he cussed me in his native language. I have had so many problems at this laundromat that I will never go back in it. Save your money and go else where!  He only wants drop off business because he makes more money that way.

Doesn't deserve one star. I went yesterday after work to do laundry. Most of the washers were out of service the dryers don't work half. I spent $5 drying 4 pairs of jeans and they still weren't dry. Don't waste your money here go to the one in New Market for better washers and dryers and to save money

Many of the washing machines are not functional and appear to have been that way for a very long time as the signs on them are discolored. The ones that are working have moldy detergent dispensers. The rear 'wash' compartments also didn't work, so my clothes barely got washed with only the little prewash detergent I used. Several of the machines also had caked on, dried detergent that looks like it had built up for weeks of not months. Thankfully the driers I used both worked well enough but I still question how clean my clothes actually got.

This place needs some serious maintenance and cleaning up. Many of the ceiling tiles were caving in and stained. There was also a towel at the entrance in place of a rug. There were buckets outside full of water, trash, cigarette butts and a huge oil stain in the parking lot. The whole experience was a little uncomfortable to be in honestly.

This place is horrible!! We went in first thing in the morning to do a two bed spreads.  All of the dryers were in use by the owners  except two.  One of the dryers had a sign saying that it was broken.  The other did not so we assumed it worked.  We asked the owner when they would be finished with a dryer and he said “don’t know” in VERY POOR English. When our laundry finished, we put it in the one empty dryer without a sign & put 20 quarters in to start it.  It came up with an error & the owner came in to say it didn’t work.  We asked for our money back & he said no that the told us it didn’t work.  I asked why there wasn’t a sign on it that said it didn’t work & he said he told us.  His English is very poor & we assumed he was talking about the one with the sign.  He refused to give us our money back & there were no empty dryers to use.  VERY POOR customer service…we will never go back there.

The owner rushed to put his laundry in the only remaining working machines while I unloaded my laundry baskets from my car. It’s dirty and clearly they spend no money to keep the place functional and clean.
