Servpro did a great job with water damage mitigation and all the repairs that followed, including laying our new flooring! Nick and Chance did a fantastic job on the floor replacement.  They were polite and professional! Were are very pleased with all the services Servpro provided.

I highly recommend Serv Pro! They came to my rescue when I had a major flood in my basement due to my pipes bursting!. It was a disaster and they got it cleaned up and safe for us again. They came out not once , not twice but three times after different pipes ruptured during the repairs so that the plumber could do his job. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond helpful!!! I could not have asked for a better group of people to aid in my time of need! They really go above and beyond!! I’m so very thankful for them! This was my second time using ServPro, and second time working with Eddie and Tony.  They did an excellent job.  They repaired the ceiling in an upstairs room after water damage from torn shingles on the roof.  They worked quickly.  Due to issues with the existing plaster, additional work needed to be completed.  Eddie was very helpful in working with the insurance in order to get that additional work approved.  Tony and Greg showed their skill in the drywall replacement and in texturing the ceiling.  I would definitely use their services again,

Just had an amazing experience with the Barboursville location. I have been working through the planning and arrangements of my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to dry clean her pink dress for her burial. I was taken aback by the amazing customer service, quick assistance on the cleaning, and the kindness they showed for my circumstance. I will definitely be recommending and using Victor’s in the future.

Victor's did an amazing job in a very timely manner! I needed my wedding dress cleaned after I did the alterations. They cleaned it and got it done in 2 weeks!! Joanna was very meticulous and really took her time to make sure all of the stains were gone. I can't recommend them enough, a really fantastic cleaning service.

I have a wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and this was one of the places that could do the special cleaning. It took 10 months to get it back, so I didn't give it 5 stars, but the service was otherwise great.

Like people have posted the people who work there are great. Genuine, helpful, and friendly. Machines wash & dry good. The price is 1 to 2 bucks cheaper a load than other laundromat in Huntington. My kind of place

Clean place, staff was very courteous and attentive, the big machines all weren't available half of them were out of service, medium and small machines were all mostly running and available, all the machines that were running were all good and clean, not a bad place at all, it's about my favorite laundromat in the area

The two stars are for the incredibly nice lady behind the counter, she's the only redemption this place has. They have more out of order machines than they do have working ones. There is one front loading machine working. One. Half the top loaders are broken as well. I understand it's a job, not a passion, but if I'm ashamed to do laundry here I can't imagine owning the place.

Half the machines are out of order, and you're paying $2.25 for a single load top loader, which is almost double what it costs at the laundromat across town.
The self-serve detergent is out and you have to go to the counter if you don't bring your own.
No ATM to get additional cash and the cash changer doesn't take anything higher than a $10. Only upside is that the washing machines can be set for various load types, but that's it.
