We used AAA to clean the carpets in our new home before moving in. I called them on Monday and they came on Tuesday. They are very professional, kind, and affordable, and did a wonderful job on the carpets. We will definitely use again!

The carpet cleaning solution they used smelled absolutely amazing and it was all pretty! They even took time to open windows to help the flow of drying which they did not have to do. Rusty and Ms. Lisa made great conversation and help me as a customer feel secure in the process of the cleaning.

I can’t thank AAA enough for cleaning my carpet today. First of all my carpet is over 13 years old and I would have replaced it before now but have an older dog so decided to wait. In fact the reason I had my carpets cleaned was because my dog had been sick and messed it up. Now thanks to AAA my carpet looks brand new. I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so because my carpet looks so good. I highly recommend AAA!

Today I came home to a huge mess.  Our large dog had been ill all over our sofa.  I googled “furniture cleaning” and found AAA Carpet Cleaners.  I called and they happened to be in my area at the time.  Within a little over an hour they arrived at my home and they proceeded to clean my sofa from top to bottom and everything in between.

Not only was the mess cleaned up but the sofa looked brand new so I am having them back next week to clean all of my carpeting.

This place is really going down hill.  Every time I go there it seems worse.  Last night was the worst I've seen. Nails in multiple dryers. Nails and screws in the floor.  All of the trash cans were overflowing and there was garbage and water all over the floor.  There is a group of people coming in with multiple 50 gallon garbage bags full of tennis shoes. They fill up washers and dryers with the shoes. When they take the shoes out of the washer they dump loads of water all over the floor. It would be nice if the owner would have someone to take care of this place.

I have large comforter that needs an industrial size washer and I was SO pleased with my experience at this facility. It was quick, easy and efficient. The facility is also very clean & well kept. I highly recommend Sparkle Splash if you are in need!!!

I guess Saturday nights are pretty wild in here because Sunday morning is nasty. The machines work on a card system that forces you to purchase one of their cards and you can't select the exact dollar amount you need...I ended up losing an extra dollar because of this. I only needed to wash a heavy quilt so I'll figure out another way from now on. Not impressed with this experience.

It’s kind of hard to find but when you do it’s such a hidden gem! Behind pita pit and beside the wingate hotel by Wyndham. This place is extremely clean and very up to date. the washers and dryers are new and well kept and most importantly they are very clean. I love the reloadable card for the convenience and ease of use. I am so very happy we found this laundromat. I’d 100% recommend anyone giving this place a try and seeing for yourself. There are different size and price options to fit everyone’s needs, and I feel that this laundromat is inclusive to all people.

Laundromat was clean and everything worked well.*** Beware, however it does not accept coins for payment. You have to purchase a payment card, them load it with cash. I miscalculated how much I should load and needed to load 1$ more in order to dry my clothes. The minimum amount you can load is 10$, so I was left with a card with 9$ for a Laundromat I would not normally use...I live 60 miles away, I just happened to be down that way and googled 'nearest Laundromat'.

I just gave the card away to a lady there who used that Laundromat regularly, but 20$ was a lot of money to do one large load. 🤔

We had this company come to clean our sofa and carpet in one of our rooms. I wish I would have given everything a good look before handing him the check because both our carpet AND sofa looked WORSE than it did before they “cleaned” them. I ended up having to rent a carpet cleaner the next weekend to go over everything again and with MUCH better results. I’m currently 7 months pregnant and hired them to help get the house ready for baby but ended up causing myself much more work in the end. Save yourself the time, money and headache and look elsewhere for a cleaning company.

Technician was on time and very courteous. Knowledgeable about the cleaning process. Was able to remove the two main stains that were on my chair, and the rest of the chair was thoroughly cleaned. Fantastic results!  Made the chair and ottoman look like new!  And the price was reasonable for the work done. Would definitely call again for other cleaning.

It took two calls to get them to come look at my project and they never called me back with a price or to say that they couldn't do it... just left me hanging.

The reason I gave them three stars despite this is because I used them to ckean the carpets on the stairs and second floor of a rental unit I own and they dud an excellent job. Also, when our community center was severely damaged during a flood and another company did a poor job of cleaning it, Chem Dry came in and really did a wonderful job for us and I'm grateful for that.

The technician was very prompt, actually a little early to get set up. He started on time, worked continuously, and was finished in a timely manner. He was very polite and conscientious about our home. Will definitely use again and recommend their services. The price was very reasonable as well.

Used them to have a single room cleaned in my home. Guy said if there is a smell, he would come back. I tried numerous times to follow up and got no answer or follow up. Took 3 weeks to process the check. Won't use again.

Giving this establishment 1 stars because 0 isn’t an option.  We took my daughter’s prom dress here to simply be pressed (not cleaned) and it was returned with two snags and a large water stain on the breast.  I understand accidents happen, however the reason for the 1 stars is the lack of professionalism.  We spoke to the owner about the damages (who we had to track down over several days), and her first response was to ask if my daughter was able to wear the dress, and She did not provide any compensation for damages, and only refunded the cost of the pressing.

If you value your belongings I recommend going somewhere else.

Pretty bummed out about a recent experience. The employee in the store was great when I brought 2 pairs of pants back into the store because they had NEW rips in them, in the same spot. She was very helpful and said an owner would call me. The next day, Kathy called me and asked what I wanted her to do about it. I said I wasn't sure what their protocol was for items that they damaged. She immediately became defensive and said they there was no way that they ripped the pants and that it was due to my husband wearing his wallet on that side. He, in fact, doesn't wear his wallet on that side of his pants and these were brand new spots. She never once apologized, just denied that it was possible that they damaged anything. Never offered to try to make it right. We spend A LOT of money on dry cleaning here and won't be going back.

Took a winter coat in for dry cleaning. They took a week, charged $30, but the cost looks nice.

While the cleaning took a little longer than I expected, I was pleased with the price and the fact they repaired two rips without me even mentioning them. Going above and beyond is always worth 5 stars to me.

I was not impressed. $42.00 and I had to iron 3 shirts after I picked them up.
