We visited this establishment for the first time and had a wonderful experience! This is the first laundromat that allows you to pay with card to use the machines. The machines are newer and the place is clean. The woman who helped us was named Natalie I believe. She was very accommodating and helpful. I also happened to be there when the owner came in and he is super nice. Not only was our laundry transferred, but it was also folded and bagged upon pick-up. We are so happy to find this place!

Great small business in Morgantown. I stopped by to drop off a single pair of shorts to get a button repaired. Such a small job is probably an annoyance, but the employee was pleasant and said they'd fix it today and give me a call. About an hour later they called and said it was ready for pickup - no charge. What great customer service. When I have bigger jobs I'll be back!

Needed a quick turn around on dry cleaning a suit for a funeral. American Dry Cleaners wasn't able to get it in before I left but  offered to spot clean and press the suit instead which worked for me. When I went to pick the suit up there was no charge due to my situation and I couldn't be more grateful.

Just awesome!!! Day of WVU graduation (Saturday) and we realized we have the wrong color gown for our graduate. The Bookstore swapped it out and we brought it here to see if we can get some of the fresh out of the bag wrinkles out. Even though they are only open for pickup, she found a way to get some steam going and helped us. Thank you SO much!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Beyond horrible service took 3 times to call to even recieve an answer, and never received an actual estimate even a range of which the fix would cost. walking to take out money before dropping clothes off to dry clean is apparently a crime and the nasty employees will scream at you for being on the property.

Today when I went to pick up my husbands suit, the wonderfully kind woman working the desk offered to carry it to my car. I had my infant in the car seat and we chatted about her grandchildren as we walked around the corner to the parking lot. So incredibly thoughtful! The suit looks wonderful and the service was unbeatable! Highly recommend.

I have always gotten excellent service at Massulos and a reasonable price.

I can't speak to their dry cleaning expertise but I had them repair the ripped/blown out crotches on 2 pairs of buffalo jeans. My jeans almost always meet their death this way and I clung onto them just in case I could find someone to fix them. They did just that. I took them in and the owner showed them to their seamstress and she said it was doable and to give her a couple weeks. One pair even had a couple other places that were tore and they repaired those spots too.

It's been about 2 months and I've been wearing them regularly. No rips in the repairs yet and they're still going strong.  I highly recommend them for repairs on jeans!
