I came in to do my laundry today and stacy was so friendly & was busting her butt cleaning an keeping this place organized.. she helped me work one of the washers & proceeded to tell me if i needed help with anything else to let her know! Everytime i come here an stacy is here i never see this laundry matt a mess! Shes top notch!

Absolutely one of the best laundry mats I've been to! This one is bright, clean, stocked and friendly!  I went on a Thursday morning and it was not busy at all.  Did huge loads and got to dry for free!!  Also need a card to use the machines which you can load with cast, debit or credit card. I would definitely come back here!!

The store has changed extremely since Stacy has started. She keeps the store well maintained. She also interacts with the customers and remembers them.

I have been using their services for 5 years. I am a realtor, so I am using my office clothes often and need them to be professionally cleaned. I have also had multiple outfits tailored, including a dress to wear in Paris. It came out perfectly! I love their efficiency and attention to detail. The owner is lovely, and is always kind and professional. My suits and my husband's come out well pressed and clean!

My wife and I had an absolutely horrible experience at this cleaner/alterations place. We bought a vest and tie set from Amazon for our wedding and just needed the vest hemmed — something simple that should’ve been no problem. My wife dropped it off on 10/22, and the receipt clearly said pick up on 11/5 before 5pm.

On 11/5, I called right before heading there from work to let the lady know I’d be there around 5:09pm. She immediately said “no, pick up tomorrow.” I explained that we were leaving for Virginia the next morning for our wedding and wouldn’t be back until the following week. She started yelling over me, saying to bring the receipt in.

When I got there, I handed her our receipt that clearly said “pick up Wednesday before 5pm.” She handed me back a different one that said Thursday — clearly changed. I told her we needed it for our wedding this weekend, and that she’d had two weeks to do a very simple hem. Instead of apologizing, she just kept insisting it would be ready Thursday.

Then she goes in the back, grabs the vest — completely untouched — hangs it up, and hands it back to me saying she couldn’t do it today. I took it and left.

As I was getting into my car, she chased me outside, grabbed my car door, held it open, and screamed “HANGER” at me repeatedly, refusing to move so I could close my door. I told her several times to move and that she was being completely inappropriate. She only backed away when I started backing my car up.

I have the whole encounter recorded because her behavior was so aggressive and unprofessional.

Save yourself the stress — do not go here for any alterations or cleaning. Completely unreliable, rude, and honestly unhinged behavior from the owner. We almost didn’t have my wife’s wedding outfit because of them.

I've been here twice, and both times it was nearly impossible to communicate with the staff. The second time I was trying to ask about a dress alteration for my daughter, who was with me. The lady pulled out a pre-written sign that said "measurements at home" and then quoted $80!! When I tried to explain that's too much (what the dress cost in the first place), she waived her hand at us and said "then good luck." I politely responded that I will not come back there and she said "good idea." So the English she did use in front of my 9-year-old was quite rude. If I could give this "business" a 0, I would. I recommend trying anywhere else.

*Update: We found a lovely in-home alteration business in Charles Town that charged half as much and did an excellent job in half the time :)

The woman at the front register displayed a concerning level of rudeness and disrespect. Her limited English proficiency hindered effective communication with customers. I dropped off two blazers for pressing, but upon my return a week later, they were not pressed adequately. I returned them. A week later, when I came to pick them up, one blazer still exhibited visible wrinkles. When I addressed this issue, she reacted confrontationally and instructed me to leave and gave me a partial refund. Furthermore, she demanded that I place both blazers on the rack and forcibly removed the dry cleaner tags from them. As I began to exit, she followed me, repeatedly yelling, “Get out,” along with other foreign phrases. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, indicating that she may not be suited for this line of work.

So far this is it ....Dropped off pants to be hemmed and altered at 9 am today ; I asked to have them back at 5pm today .  They were not even looked at .... and she said come back tomorrow...maybe .. . I almost lost it , so I walked away.
The Lady at thd counter was very dismissive , rushed and can not communicate in English; she needs to take classes or something.
