Most of the time they hit the stains- even the hard to find ones. Workers are always courteous. If they can’t get it out they will leave a note on it to explain why they could not.

I took my white pants in to get a tough stain removed. The man with long hair told me he would use a chemical treatment to clean it. When I picked it up the next day, the stain was still there—no improvement at all. I told him it wasn’t cleaned, and he admitted they couldn’t remove it. I asked for a refund since the service wasn’t completed, but he refused and said, “We did the service; we don’t refund.” Very rude and unprofessional attitude.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of money and time. Extremely poor customer service!

Always courteous. Everything ALWAYS looks great! On time. Leave a tip, they work hard in a hot place and really, for the price that they charge, it's like paying full price anywhere else, but without a tip! Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took a white comforter to be cleaned it had a nasty stain . I picked it up a week later and the stain was still there I took it back to see if they could make it right the long haired kid told me that they couldn't guarantee that they could remove the stain . At that point I asked a refund he made a phone call and get it back. I used some bleach and washed it my self and totally removed the stain completely. I will never go back there again.

Shaw ave Fresno, ca .Place moves quickly pay with Dexter app, great location in Mitsuie Buffet plaza ,across street to Harbor Freight and Vallarta grocery store plaza. Walmart behind across street. Directly back entrance a liqour store. Near Crunch Fitness and gas stations, very convenient 👌 does have a couple of armed single person couch , and several metal benches , lots of clothes dollies and an attendant cleaning.

This is the location by Foodmaxx on Clovis and Kingscanyon. I was unable to tag the correct location. I’ve been coming to this place for about two years and it has drastically gone downhill. There’s tons of homeless people that come in here and invade the restroom. Customers are waiting to use the restroom and must wait for the homeless to bathe and or do whatever it is that they do in there. There’s constantly panhandling in and outside of this laundromat. I have been here, myself at early hours of the morning at opening with homeless people in here and it’s very uncomfortable and unsafe. The cameras do not work. They are strictly there for show. This laundry mat is completely out of my way but I only came here because of the app and the ease of its use and convenience of course, however, this place is always dirty excluding the times when the attendant is here she’s a very kind woman who leaves this place spotless and of course the filth is 100% the homeless and MAINLY the customers doing. I was able to deal with all of the things mentioned above for the sake of the app because I do not carry cash or coins until walking in today and realized that the price of the wash went up drastically. I would definitely pay this and continue to keep coming here if the attendant were here all day to restock the rags used to wipe down the counters after each use I would continue coming here if the place were clean and the floors weren’t slippery filled with water, causing a possible slip and fall, and with the wet floor sign in sight. Having a full-time attendant would definitely benefit the business and be worth the price increase.

This is my first experience using digital pay & I couldn’t be any happier! I thought I dreaded doing laundry, but it was really converting my cash into coins that I hated. The laundromat is very clean, & for the hour that i’ve been here- A lady/worker has been cleaning the entire time! I thank and appreciate her services, she’s doing a great job! There’s a great amount of seating, comfortable! There’s a restroom for customers & there’s vending machines with snacks & drinks (not too sure how the prices are, i didn’t use it)

They need to fire the short dark skin lady that is there in the morning I told her the washer didn't work and she blamed it on me I've only been washing my whole entire life, I know how to work a washer. What an insult to my character and intelligence, way to keep the customers coming back ! Will be my last visit, the prices are very high also for very low quality experience I used to love going to wash at a laundromat because
the home washers take forever to wash all my clothes and blankets but at this point I might as well just stay home and do it.

Reply to reply whoever she is that's what she told me, I'm not taking it down. That was extremely rude of her to tell me that I'm the problem I had to spend money to wash twice and no action was taken, the machine needs to be serviced and I should have been offered a courtesy wash to make up for the machine not working, when I told her that it wasn't working she laughed. Your reply proves you are not willing to take responsibility for anything.

Washed my clothes just fine, but the drying took at least 5 dollars each dryer and 40 minutes to get to a point where i could take it to another location to finish. Currently still loading. The attendant has been away from the store all day, with the bathroom locked and unable to be used, unable to be seen, and not helping or monitoring any of the goings on at the location.
