ZIPS Cleaners

Horrible service. I spend over 50$ with press included. All my pants were wrinkling as heck. The manager refused to reimburse me and ask that I return and they will press the pants again. Second time again NO BETTER. Will be filing a dispute.

I always use this ZIPS and I have to admit that I have never been so disappointed with their service, like I was today. I dropped a beautiful comforter set off and 2 expensive dresses a while back. I am a very busy lady and do not stand in line to read signs that are pasted on walls. When I went to pick my items up today, the young lady( I’m being nice) who waited on me, immediately noticed that I left the comforter set over 30 days and told me that it may not be there because the company donates comforter sets left over 30 days to Goodwill etc. As I’m speaking to her about this ridiculous policy that was not told to me at drop off,I noticed a comforter set that resembled mine. She looked on the racks to tell me that my set was gone. I respectfully asked her to look at the set that I was looking at and she repeatedly told me that it wasn’t mine because it had someone else’s name on it. Mind you, a gentleman who was next to me was bringing a coat in and the first words out of his mouth was, “Do not lose this 1”. This location lost this man’s coat. I asked the young lady if a mistake could’ve been made, as far as labeling was concerned. She quickly responded, “NO”. She refused to let me see the set and I even stated that I wasn’t going to take the set, I just wanted to verify. It wasn’t at this point that her attitude became very nasty and unprofessional. She gave me my 2 dresses and 1 wasn’t covered in plastic. I’m sure that she saw that and felt comfortable enough to give me a Kate Spade dress uncovered. I am very angry about this policy which is not posted and no employee informed me about this policy. Why have a phone number on the receipt, if you’re not going to use it? I asked to speak to the owner and her responses were totally unprofessional!! I will be returning to the store to speak to the owner and I did leave my information with this young lady. I am looking forward to speaking to the owner about the policy and the lack of professionalism from this “manager”. At least this is what she said she was.

I went into the cleaners today and stood for a while without been acknowledged at all while 4 employees were chatting it up then finally a young man came up to me , made NO eye contact , did not even say hello and just ask for a phone number. I the got my order and again no eye contact and said here u go turned around and kept on working. I said : have a good day everybody’ and NO one responded, instead the 3 ladies just kept chatting it up with some laud music in the background.

Please in these cleaners lack all sorts basic courtesy. Customers are just phone numbers

Fast, but not quality service. Staff was nice and friendly, til today. Today I met Enishia. Apparently she's a manager. Never even seen her before today, but when I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was. When I asked for contact info for the owner, she said they don't give that out. So I guess this is now my only recourse to get the message to the owner.

Hard to believe she's a manager, based on the attitude and poor people skills I got. But whatever.

She told me that the way they fold over and wrinkle the top button can't be avoided. First person to tell me this. Certainly the first time I've gotten this much attitude in all my years as a returning customer. Previous employees and the owner explained that the machine does this and they would put notes to take it out post processing. Not Enishia though. Just a hard No.

Went to Hannah Cleaners with my shirts. They said that wouldn't happen at all with their process. They generally take a week, but said can expedite when needed. I'm off every Friday, so weekly works great. I want it done right, not fast. I want to open my top button, cause who is still wearing neck ties, and look professional. Not like I'm wearing a wrinkled shirt right out of the dry cleaner.

Gave 2 stars, because customer service has been good prior to today.

Worst experience. Gave a lapcoat for alteration to shorten the sleeves instead they shortened the length. Wasted the new labcoat.  Also item was not ready on the day mentioned in the receipt and automated messages are not coordinated. Absolutely not recommend anyone for alterations.

Terrible very disappointed
I brought 4 sweat suits Nike that I wore only 2 times each never washed them to take it to Hannah’s an when I get it back they look like they were washed 5 times all faded crispy dry. 1 sweatshirt I only wore 1 time looked old never never again an I paid a lot for there service

First time using them.  Sport jacket came back clean. I would have been nice to been notified when I didn’t pick it up, but I think they have made changes to their system that will do that.
I will use them again.

Lori S. Needs to learn some manners. Both times I’ve dropped things off she’s been as rude as can be. I just took a wedding dress to be preserved that has detachable sleeves. I told her one was not attached and to please dont lose it. She took the dress and sleeve and threw it on a pile. I’ll be surprised if the 2nd sleeve comes back with the dress. If you don’t like working with the public find a new job!!

Awesome! I had a green glue stain on my black coat. My daughter put it there when she was making slime I did not think it would be removable it was on there for years and I did not want to throw it away it was practically a new coat. The glue slime stain is gone.

I have used them a handful of times since I moved to the area. One time the collar on my dress shirt was VERY wrinkled when I got it back. Today I went in to drop off some shirts and pants to be cleaned and pressed. The woman started printing my ticket without even counting my garments. I asked her to count them. She said no, that she was the only one there. They don’t even do the work in house but send it out to be done. I would not recommend using them at all.
