Even 1 star is a lot for their lack of knowledge and responsibility cleaning expensive fabric. I gave them my $1,000 beautiful suede and fur vest for just cleaning off the dust at the bottom of the jacket (suede side) in Feb of this year and this is what I got from them- see the photos. They told me their team has 10 years of cleaning leather and suede experience but someone with even a basic knowledge or not in denial can see how this vest is ruined. After my first complaint that the vest is burned, changed color, texture and now looks like a $20 vest (I had to make many complaints for them to even take this seriously), the guy at the counter first tried to get rid of me by being super rude but when he saw I wasn't leaving, he brushed the fabric (of course with no change in appearance) and told me that would help the burned fabric. Yea you can remove the burned and change of texture with brushing fur!! After months of complaints and more than 100 emails exchanged with the owner they sent the vest to a who knows source and their letter says they don't even see change of appearance. Like are you kidding me. And this is after I spent almost $200 paying them for basically burning my vest. It's one thing to not refund me my money or at least the money I paid them to ruin the vest, it's another thing to not even admit the change in appearance and that's why I am leaving this review so people can see they have no clue (or are in denial because it is obvious to even the naked eye) how to handle quality fabric.

First. It was very difficult to find a company that would professionally clean a mascot. The process took about two weeks since quite a bit of cleaning had to be done on it and the fact I haven't brought my mascot since I got it (About 3 years ago). Since the mascot is a very expensive and sensitive investment I am so glad that no harsh chemicals were used on it and I believe that they use steam cleaning on it.  Before I brought in the mascot to be cleaned the white on the mascot was dirty and had some water stains because I tried cleaning it myself. Big mistake. Thank goodness Swiss the Greener Dry Cleaners were able to brighten the white on the mascot and take out the majority of the water stain. One thing I will say is that no matter how much work is done on the mascot it will never been like it was new unless you send it back to the creator of the mascot. I will say that I am happy to have sent my mascot to be cleaned by them and it didn't cost as much as some of the other company offering this service. The price was about how much you would spend cleaning a wedding or prom dress. The pricing just really depends on how much work they have to do on it. Other than that I would say I had a very good experience with them. They are closely located at the heart of SMU/75/Mockingbird and good turn around time and service. Hope this helps.

This was my first time visiting this dry cleaners & my experience was incredible. Their easy kiosk drop off and pick up made my visiting even better. They handled my clothes with care and lifted all the stains. Also their texting number was a quick and easy way to communicate back and forth if I had any questions. 10/10 will definitely be back

My very expensive wedding dress was very expensive to clean and it came back with freckles that were not there when I dropped it off.... Added a picture from the very end of the night where I look horrible to prove there was nothing that spilled on my dress in the area so that people don't think I am just an angry customer who expected miracles....trying to save another bride an expensive bill just to be disappointed, sadden and heart broken

Amazing work. I've gone to Artistic Cleaners for over 10 years now. My clothes are super clean. Artistic gets every stain out. I move to north dallas on lover and Greenville  Ave years ago. I started going to another cleaner closer to the house. I was very disappointed. My clothes were not clean. I started going back to Artistic. A little further to drive however it's worth it.
