My first time using the N-Less Washing Laundromat in Braddon last night, absolute great experience.

Great layout.
Great location for me to get to as I only live close by.
Wish I knew about this place earlier instead of me paying $70 a week for washing and drying at a un named location.

Best laundromat in the region. Three different size machines and dryers. Machines sense the weight of your clothes and will add the required amount of detergent accordingly. No need for coins as it is all tap n pay. Plus you can enter your mobile and get a text when your load is near the end. Open 24hrs, well lit, clean and you feel safe! The owner Aaron, who I met today, has come up with a great concept. Give it a go as you will not be disappointed!

Only downside is tricky parking, the best option is paid underground, then a trek through several doors. Would’ve given 4 stars for location, but that’s hardly their fault.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I dropped off 5 items, but received back someone else’s garment in place of my own. I returned that item to its rightful owner myself. My own item was never returned, and when I raised the issue, the staff refused to take responsibility and even accused me of making a fraudulent claim.

I’ve filed a formal complaint with Access Canberra. I recommend others take care when using this service.

I wouldn't recommend this laundromat. It claims that detergent is included, but I didn’t see any evidence of that—no bubbles, no scent, nothing. I've used many other laundromats that include detergent automatically, and this definitely wasn't the case here. Only a small amount of softener seemed to be dispensed.
Additionally, the phone number provided for assistance was completely unresponsive. No one answered, which is frustrating if you run into issues.
The cleanliness is another concern—the floor was quite dirty during my visit.
The dryers are also inefficient. They took a long time and cost more than expected to get clothes properly dry.
The only positive is that it's usually empty, so there's no wait. But that might be telling in itself.
If you're okay with spending more time and money for subpar service, then this might work for you. Otherwise, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Washing machine worked great and includes detergent. Would have liked an option to use own detergent though. Dryer took 3 cycles to get clothes dry (on low and then medium heat) which was annoying to wait for and cost over $30! Floor was sticky and dirty with something spilled on the floor, half eaten food, and wrappers.

Dryer only have small option which was sad. My clothes (1 week load) are still damp, 9 dollars wasted had to go to another laundromat to get it dried. Suitable only for small amount of laundry. The rest is fine. 3 stars for the unpleasant experience.

Can't complain. When you're travelling and need a place to do Laundry, this laundromat in Bradon, Canberra is very good. Parking is on Flaunders St.
