Brought a new pair of jeans in for tailoring at the waist, really disappointed with the outcome and quality, as is evident in the pictures.

I was measured up on Saturday, charged $67.50 and went in to pick them up on Monday when they were ready. The jeans still gaped about 3cm off the waist and I asked if the measurements/pinning were accurate as they didnt fit as they should. The woman, although kind and very accomodating with my request for work to be completed by tomorrow (as I was leaving the GC), explained that Id need to pay an additional $25 for the adjustment. I negotiated to pay the “difference” of a 3-point tailor (vs the 1-point that was carried out already) and was quoted $80 for the 3-point tailor. This meant I should have paid a difference of $12.50 but the POS register allegedly “didnt have a product of that amount” so I was required to pay $16.50 instead.

This brings the total cost of the tailor to $84 and unfortunately I wasnt able to stick around to air my grievances when I picked them up today. But as pictured, the quality of the work is so poor and messy. The thread is birdnested, indicating the machine was jamming and tangling, but rather than unpicking and redoing the seam, was just left. The lines are wobbly and not straight, with the lose threads not even cut off.

I personally would never return to this tailor.

Went to this boutique as I was browsing their website and seeing the promo about having pants hemmed with 25mins for 25 dollars. I did not expect to get it done in such a quick time as long as it could be done on the same day. I was told they are owned by a private owner just using the brand label which would not follow the online promo and I got quoted for 45 dollars for hemming the pants with extra 10 dollar express fee if I wanted to get it done on the same day. The receptionist even gave me rolled eyes when I was inquiring about the online promo.
It is not my problem to ask for what the website offers. You should have the basic customer service manner to explain to your customers.
Won’t be backing anymore and seriously do not recommend this place if you do not want to get treated like this way.
