Unfortunately, I used this place to dry clean my wife dress.  They damaged my wife $300 dress. The beads fell off. When I spoke to the owner said the fabric was poor quality and he recommended to take it back to macys the store my wife purchased the dress🤪 and they were not responsible. When I told that’s dose not make sense how take the dress back to the store I purchased from he said that’s not his problem. One of the worst experience ever. The owner such a crook.

I used the dry cleaning service there. They damaged my brand name sweater. The beads fell off.The owner said my sweater was poor quality.They should have refused to dry clean it, if it was the case.
I lost my expensive sweater. The workers denied  the poor work they performed. The owner told me to return the sweater to the store and he refused to be responsible. Very bad business!!!

DON'T BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!! Worst experience EVER!! I went to pick my clothes up on Tuesday and noticed that TWO of the items they tried to give me weren't mine. I quickly went back into the store and told them I was given the wrong items. They eventually found my dress and a pair of pants, but I noticed that my black and white dress didn't look like it had been cleaned. There was a lipstick stain still on the top part of the dress. I explained this to the front desk girl, who is incredibly rude, and she volunteered to try to clean the dress again. I came back the next day to pick up my dress only to find that the white parts of my dress were riddled with yellow staining. Again, I brought this to the rude front desk girls attention and she thought that maybe the press machine left the staining. She told me to come back the next day to speak with the owner about the ruined dress. I left the dress and returned today, only for the rude front desk girl to tell me that the owner wasn't there and he would be there next week. She then told me to take my dress because there's no way they could've ruined my dress because they washed it by hand, which was a lie. This was a brand new dress that I purchased last month and was only worn ONCE. I am so disappointed in this cleaners service and customer service. Again,  DON'T BRING YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANERS. Unless you want them ruined with no remorse.

I wear a uniform or suits for work and socially.  I do a lot of dry cleaning.  I have found this business reliable, friendly and have never had any problems.  Their prices are very reasonable.  The people are friendly as well.

Lionhart Wash And Fold

I was hoping to schedule a pickup laundry service with Lionhart. I submitted a request twice on their website, then called them and left a voicemail. I never received a call back.

No service. I have tried to make appointments online and have tried to call the phone number listed and ZERO response!

Our washer broke and I was leaving town the next day. I looked for full service laundry. When I called, they were professional and answered every question. Very nice, didn't feel pressured or like they were trying to sell me anything. They came picked up our laundry (came inside put it in the bags himself.) They offer a 6 hour service to wash, dry and fold, and bring back to your house in 6 hours. I had my laundry smelling very nice, folded very nice back at my house (brought in for me) and delivered in 5 hours! I would definitely recommend.  I will use again!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Lionhart Wash & Fold! My husband and I are both disabled and struggle to keep up with the massive loads of laundry that come from 3 school age children and 2 puppies under normal circumstances. This was made worse by our washer calling it quits on us. Lionhart picked up, washed, dried, folded, sorted & bagged by size/type, and delivered over 80 pounds of laundry before I received a return call from a single repair company. They did an amazing job for a great price. They were also friendly and very professional. I will definitely be using their services in the future and I highly recommend them :)

They were supposed to come out and never did.  I had called and talked to someone.  We made an appointment and they never came.  I called several times,  no response.  I finally called someone else who responded.
