I've never had a better experience at a laundrymat. I typically DREAD having to use one, and only do so in an emergency. Our washer broke this past week and we are waiting for a technician to come out and repair it, and with 3 kids starting school and a hubby who works at the mill, the laundry was piling up. So I did a search for 24 hour facilities and happened across this place, liked the reviews and decided to give them a shot. I had never heard of them before and I was thoroughly impressed when I arrived. The machines were so clean, the entire facility smelled fresh and clean, no trace of the usual mildew smell I'm an establishment like that, the floors and windows and counters were spotless and the bathroom was super tidy.

I genuinely thought that they must have just opened for business, because that's the only way it could still look and smell as nice as it did and that was the only way that the machines could be in such a fantastic condition. Their laundry card system was extremely user friendly and simple to understand and use, and they have made it so that even the vending machines use the cards for payment. Every machine, including the vending machines, will also tell you your balance before and after your purchase. I had my 3 year old daughter with me, and never felt the need to let her from touching anything because of how clean it was. The machines were also SO efficient. I used their Mega 6 machines, and had some pretty big loads of laundry, and each load only took about 32 minutes start to finish to wash. I was skeptical at first but my clothes came out clean and smelling wonderful, the same with their dryers. There was no soap or mildew scum around the machine windows, no gunked up detergent or softener in the soap tray and each machine was so shiny, like they had just been installed.

After my first visit, the technician came to service my machine at home but needed to order a last so I had to go back the other night to do laundry again. I had the place primarily to myself and as I was loading my clean clothes back into their baskets, about to leave, I ran into one of their employees who had come to check on everything, at midnight mind you! His name was Thomas and he was wonderfully polite and when I complimented the establishment he informed me that they have been there since 2008, and had remodeled FIVE years ago. I was flabbergasted. As I said earlier, I thought this was a brand new establishment because of how clean and new everything looked. It turns out that the owner of these businesses, and his employees, just seem to really care about what they do and are breaking the stereotypes of using places like this. I will never use a different laundrymat ever again. Thank you for such a great, stress free experience!

I recently moved to Valparaiso and have been looking for clean laundromat. Well I have to say I believe Ladybug will be my go to laundromat. When I visited yesterday afternoon I was greeted by Shawna and she was very helpful and very friendly..I have to say Shawna runs a tight neat ship. I hope her manager knows that she does an exceptional job. I will definitely be returning

William is such a great  worker.and very helpful. He always give 100 percent. Everytime I come in here. Will definitely return and they our the cleanest laundry mat in town...

Ladybug Laundry could not have been more helpful with my issue. They provided severals aspects of help toward me and my son. Maryleigh Jaworski and Jennifer were especially helpful. There was a situation where surveillance from the laundry laundromat where they were quick and efficient. It is obvious that they care dearly for their customers. I could not be more grateful and satisfied with how they approach their customers. Thank you.

It’s not often that you review your dry cleaners but I’ve coming here for years (long before the fire) and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I love their pick up/delivery service, and everything I drop off comes back looking great. They went above and beyond to get my sons’ suits cleaned in a very short time period for a family funeral; it’s those little acts of kindness that mean a lot and tell a lot about a business.

I went to the LaPorte location today and I had a fantastic experience! Jason was helping me out today and he provided outstanding service.

Damaged/destroyed 4 shirts in 2 visits.  Talked to the owner and he said it was my fault or the outside source he was using to launder and press the my shirts.  He took no responsibility at all and started to yell at me.  I have been using them for over 4 years, never a problem until now.   Extremely poor customer service, obviously I won't be going back.

Damaged/stained one of my shirts, then put a “special attention” label on it to try and pass the blame onto me. They ruined the shirt, and I need it for interviews. Don’t use them.

Had a funeral needed suit in less than 24 hours colonial helped out and did an awesome job...I will be back! Thank you so much.
