i suggest a drop box / slot out front that directly goes into the store , like high quality cleaners I've used in the past ..that way when you have things to drop off you can still drop off through the chute after closing hours ..would be good for busy people who get to shop after closing time . and all you do is put your name in the bag or pinned to your items and they know who it's for and what they want based on previous visits .

Does not stand by what they say. I had taken 3 items to them for dry cleaning and they told me they would be ready by the next day after 5 pm. I went to pick them up after 5 the next day and they told me they weren't ready that they would prioritize them and they would be ready by 12 pm the next day, I informed them that as long as it was by 4 pm the next day then that was fine. The next day I had to work but I called after 12 pm to verify they were done and to inform them that my husband was going to be picking them up. I was informed that they were ready but they would go to the back just to be sure, they came back and said yes they were ready for pickup. My husband went to pick them up and they couldn't find them because they said I wasn't in the system after finally them running around they realized that yes they did have them but they weren't ready and wouldn't be until the next day after 5 pm. My son needed them in the next hour so my husband told them to forget it just give them to him because our son had a concert he needed them for and couldn't wait any longer. They did give them to him but charged him 20 dollars for clothes that hadn't been dry cleaned. I had went to them before and had a really good experience with them but them pulling this and lying to me more than once they lost my business for good.

Had my items cleaned here a few times. Very quick and well done. They put your items in your car for you in the drive thru so you don’t even have to get out of your car!

Let me start off by saying, I don’t take a whole to the cleaners. However I have a king size goose down feather blanket that I absolutely love and when it needs to be I come to Cactus cleaners. Now I have been to other places but never again. Jeanette the manager is amazing. Anna and Gilbert are so helpful. Jeanette has done my blanket twice and I couldn’t be happier. They take great care of my blanket. They have a custom for life. And their prices are very reasonable.

Honesty and integrity can still be found.  My Masonic ring had gone missing and despite the fact that I had gone through (I thought) all of my pockets, it was found by Cactus Cleaners in one of the several articles of clothing I had dropped off.  This could have easily been slipped into an employee's pocket but instead was held and returned to me when I picked up my dry cleaning.

Don’t waste your time here. Washers didn’t properly wash my clothes right so I wasted $8 for nothing and most of the dryers were not working and the ones that did “work” left your clothes damp after drying for an hour. So I wasted $3.25 trying to dry my clothes and then another $1.00 trying to figure out what machines were working to dry the clothes. $12.25 later and my clothes wasn’t washed properly or dried. 🫩🫩🫩

They don’t make sure there washers are clean my clothes always stink after using there washers. Oil field people use there washers and I get nasty stains after using the washer
Most of the dryer don’t work or steal your money and they will not give you your money back if you put it in a washer or dryer that doesn’t work and  won’t mark the ones out of service. The place is always dirty and out of date.

Clean and A/C works great when I went in the afternoon there was plenty of open machines.
Also nice to be next door to a DQ 😁
