Went in last week to have some pants taken up and just had a look as I’d like some more length back (I find them a touch too short) and have just noticed they’ve hacked the legs of my expensive pants off and there’s no way I can make them longer again? Such a rough job at such a high price, very upset and disappointed as they were not cheap!!! As lovely and kind the attendant was, I will not be returning unless I can recover some cost back.

Very Average service with inconsistent results.
I never know half the time if the items have been cleaned or not as they come back with new marks and stains. General t shirts and dress shirts are fine but I wouldn’t take anything nice here.
Most recent is I just had my leather suede jacket cleaned by them, that was almost brand new, just worn once. It’s come back so brittle that I feel like it will turn into dust and the worst part is there are these marks that I can’t brush out all over it now. It looks like they tried in one spot because it’s been scrubbed so thin. And they charged me $80 just to clean a $400 jacket, but now it’s covered in marks that won’t come out. Worst of all they make you sign a waiver before cleaning your items and you pay up front so they don’t care if they drop the ball.

I’ve put my dresses through some wild times, and every single time, the team at T Easy T Dry has worked their magic and brought them back to life – stain-free and looking brand new. The dry cleaners are amazing, and the lovely seamstress is just as incredible – always going above and beyond with care and precision. Can’t recommend them enough.

Was turned away within seconds,  I had a knitted top where a clour had ran, they answer was , all we can do is dye it another colour. All good I found one who fixed this with out a question . Clearly east t cleaners don't want the customer

I came to these people with silk Versace shirts (worth over $2000 each), they assured me they would clean them without damage. Upon arriving they made me pay more than what they quoted over the phone, due to them being “special items” (not a big deal but something I should have noted as a shady red flag). Then when I received the garments they deliberately presented them in a way to hide that they destroyed 3 buttons on one of the shirts (which are difficult to source replacements of as they are a special season material), as well as a burn/stain that they left on the other shirt. I only noticed these upon arriving home, to then realise why they presented them to me in such a strange way, no doubt hoping I wouldn’t notice.

I could not recommend doing business with these people at all. Extremely sketchy characters, who may leave your items damaged. On top of that they were kind of rude from the get go, (another sign). I feel like an idiot for not noticing off the bat, but now I need to contact Versace directly and the Australia fair trading commission to rectify the issue.
