It is seriously the best choice I've made in a while.
The people are delightful, happy and helpful. The service time is about a third of what I had been used to.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with Upton's.

First time using Upton dry cleaners and can say they have gained a loyal customer! I had some very delicate fabrics (including fur and wool) and my garments came back in perfect condition! And within 48 hours.

Hardly ever give google reviews but Chris and the team at UPTON Dry Cleaners  GEORGE STREET SOUTHPORT  have really helped my DIL with removing a stain on her yet to be worn wedding dress after the alterations lady elsewhere left a mark on it.
He removed to stain immediately to eliminate all the stress we were feeling and we could not be more grateful. We were super impressed to be given our own ‘ dry cleaning’ bag with our own unique barcode on it as we took in other items to be cleaned and we simply take it home and put our dry cleaning in it and return to be cleaned. Will definitely be using them in future and sharing this fabulous service with family and friend. Was super impressed by the cleanliness of  the store compared to other dodgy cleaners on the GC. So easy to park too.

I normally give 4-5 stars as I like to help businesses out but my experience here was not the best.. I handed my shorts in to have a stained removed and upon review after I paid the creasing was awful, non of the stains were removed and it looked like they just threw it in the washing machine. I used a stain remover when I got home and immediately got rid of the stain. Very little effort was put into my clothes. I’d recommend somewhere else if you can! Nice staff just not good dry cleaning.

These guys are absolute legends. I left it to the very last minute to get our outfits dry cleaned for our legal wedding on Sunday. Dropped them off on Saturday, and they still managed to have everything ready on time. There was even a stain on my dress I hadn’t noticed—they took care of it like it was nothing. So grateful for their help. Can’t thank them enough!

Hands down the best dry cleaner I've ever been to. Was impressed as soon as I walked in the door. Very modern premises with all work done onsite. Excellent service, brilliant app to keep track of your jobs progress and on time! What a refreshing change!

Very bad experience with them. I sent a brand new Aje top which I only wear 5 hours but got coffee stain on that. They could not did the clean properly and even made the coffee stain worse. After re-clean, the fabric got damaged and they put a note suggesting no further attempts to clean the stain. The manager is rude, keep mentioning the scratches is because my wear or the coffee itself. Didn’t admit they did anything wrong to make it worse last time. And saying he can refund and ask me to try somewhere else then. After I said I will put this experience on Google review, he changed his face and said he won’t refund or talk to me, and keep saying I was threatening him and ask me to leave. This is a horrible place and please note the attitude you have, will be the reason your business close in one day. Stay away from this rude and unprofessional business.
But anyway, the reception girl is nice and friendly.

Wonderful and incredibly reliable service!  We worked with UPTON during production of a film, and, no matter how impossible our deadlines, Marcus & his team at UPTON Southport worked hard to perfectly dry clean our NUMEROUS costumes on time, always.  Chef's kiss!
