I had been there today and my experience was very good, the lady on the counter(forgot to ask her name) was very kind. It was cost friendly in this inflation. You can bring ur own detergent if want to save money, they also have a dispencer for it. Overall i am going to recommend flowertown laundry to all who asks as the cleanest and safe laundry wth a customer service attendant present to help.

Honestly, I am reluctantly writting this.
I don't believe this is the place for anyone who has BIG loads ... anything over 4 big bags etc. You may want to find another location.

This is the second or third time I have visited here. & Honestly the lady who helped me initally was a breath of fresh air I kid you not. The kindest and most helpful I have expereinced.

However the man... has been very indifferent towards me. Its like he deals with me but comes off as if he dosen't like me.

Everytime Id ask to use the bathroom, his facial expression was that of annoyance. Id suggest you keep the bathroom open if its such a big deal for a PAYING customer to use it.

My kids were with me. Sometimes I have no choice but to bring them and honestly Id rather not. Its not very big and can be dangerous esepecially for active children.

No manners are used during interactions.

He came to speak to us about a window...which I didnt realize was broken I was sitting on the large window sil. As my children sat on the table and for a minute or two my child stood up and was pressing on the window.

He comes over clearly distressed. Instead of warning us about the window. He begins to tell us to move from there. In such a rude and arrogant tone.

After this at some point a lady came to me to ask for help and I pointed right to him and said ...Nope, He can help you, Im not sure how kind he'll be but he will help you.

I would suggest a customer service course. That helps you to deal kindly with people you'd rather mistreat or have nothing to do with.

Id also remind you ... you run a customer service based operation.

Dont let this detear you from coming to this location. It just may not be the place for me.

Other than the broken windows. Non secured steel piece on the ground. This place is kept clean. Which is a bonus.

Today I visited this place and had a wonderful experience. The service provided by Kathe was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and hardworking. Came back from a month-long trip in Asia and had two suitcases full of laundry. If I washed everything at home, it would have taken all day, so I found FlowerTown Laundry online.

I haven’t been to a coin laundry in decades—maybe once?—so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, well-organized, and lots of machines in different sizes. Way better than I imagined.

The staff was super helpful. I had a few basic questions, and they even showed me a setting for athletic wear called “no heat,” which I didn’t know existed.

Long story short, what would have taken me a whole day at home was done in two hours while I sat and watched TV. Not bad at all. Would definitely recommend—helpful staff, clean space, lots of machines, and even snacks if you get hungry!

Not so pleasent experience with grumpy old man..

On a flip side, Women who takes care the place in morning shift is professional and know how to talk to customers.

Grand pa you better take some course on how to talk to Customers, matter of fact people tbh. You suck at that being a business handling person.! Wish you faster recovery oldman.!
