50€+ dry wash 2 dresses and 70 for a leather jacket. I would like to say it looks like a decent chain but the result shows the opposite: The jacket was late for delivery for 2 weeks. And 2 dresses still show obvious stains, they said they have no guarantees which sounds like a general rule, but they can’t clean it well even for normal sweat and food stain.

I submitted a pair of completely black trousers to the dry cleaner. These were very expensive trousers, which is why I specifically chose professional cleaning services to prevent the color from being ruined. However, upon collection, the color was completely washed out, turning the trousers from black to almost grey. I do not accept the explanation that such trousers always fade to grey because I have had them cleaned before without any loss of color. The fact that they turned grey is indicative of the poor quality of this dry cleaning service, which is why I cannot recommend it.

Last week, I took my white wedding dress to the store to be cleaned, just as I've taken many other garments, and I've always received impeccable service. The dress's hem was stained with dirt from the estate, so the assistant warned me that she couldn't guarantee that the train would be perfect, which I understood. She also warned me that the tulle, which had glitter on it, could lose its shine, which I also understood and accepted.
But to my surprise, when I received the dress, the tulle had previously been pure white; now it's cream-colored—all the tulle, not just the train and the hem. When I told the assistant, she flatly denied that the dress was white, saying it had been spotless. When I insisted, even showing photos from the wedding day, she rudely told me, calling me an idiot, that the dress arrived in that color and that I would have to discuss this with her colleague, who was the one who picked it up for me, and I would have to be aware of when she would be back. Anyway, the next day I called to speak to the colleague and was told again that the dress wasn't white, that each tulle was a different shade of white, and that the lining and lace were the only white parts. I insisted again. Finally, I was told that the supervisor was traveling and wouldn't be back for another 15 days, and that she had the final say.
I decided to take the dress as it was, without ironing it, because the truth is, given all this, I prefer to have the dress at home.
At no point in my requests for a refund for the service has it been granted. She treated me badly and told me I had to wait for the supervisor to see it. What I do know is that I paid €90 for the service, and what I'm getting is that my dress will probably never be the same again... A very expensive, high-quality dress.
I'd like the person responsible—because there must be someone other than this person who's on vacation—to contact me and offer me a solution.
