After searching for a long time trying to find  a cleaner I could trust a suede shirt. I got a flyer in the mail from Easy cleaners saying they do leather and suede. The shirt had some small ink stains which they told me it was going impossible to remove due to how delicate that fabric is, I did not care about the stains, I just wanted my shirt clean. When I picked it up , I could not believe my eyes, the ink stains almost gone, and the shirt looked so cleaned and smelled fresh.  They did a great job, customer service was awesome !, the staff is very friendly , honest and very professional.
I am very satisfied with the results and the service received, I highly recommend this cleaners.

Wash and Fold - Dry Cleaner & Coin Laundry

Very disappointed by the service. My mom has been going to this laundry for a year and a half. They have now switched to a card instead of taking coins. My mom got help from the young lady there to add funds to a washing machine. Well the machine didn’t process the funds correctly and my mom wasn’t able to finish laundering the clothes. And instead of the young lady adding the time to the machine so my mom can finish, she just stood there, acting like her job isn’t to assist with issues.

This laundry had great reviews so I decided to try it out since my washer is out of commission.  It was fantastic!!  The machines are great but the best part was the attendants. As soon as I walked in the lady at the counter greeted me and asked me what I needed to do and gave me excellent suggestions.  There was also another gentleman walking around and assisting who was incredibly nice.  Every good review you read about this place is true!  Great place, great experience.  Highly recommend it if you need a laundromat!!!

They picked up my Alexander Wang dress on August 15 and later told me it had come apart during their cleaning process. They initially tried to shift responsibility by suggesting it was a factory defect, even though this dress has been professionally dry cleaned before without any issues and has never come apart when worn. I called every two weeks for an update, and no one ever returned my calls or provided any follow up. I also reached out on September 6 and November 17 with no response. It has now been four months, and the dress has still not been repaired or returned to me despite multiple attempts to resolve this.

Had an amazing experience with Iron & Steam! I needed to get a dress hemmed for an upcoming wedding in less than 24h. They were super accommodating, told me to come right in, and did same day hem AND delivered it to me (complimentary) all for $35. The dress came out PERFECT, and I will keep coming back!!! Thank you!!!!!

They’re not the worst. But I’ve had a few issues.

Last time I got a silk shirt back that had clearly not been cleaned and there was a note on the hanger
saying that it needed wet cleaning. Well, if so, they should have told me directly rather than waiting for me to find that out when I went on my trip. I had told them that the shirts were for travel… at their rates, I would expect better communication, and have indeed had that with other cleaners.

When I started going to them, they advertised as having a tailor for alterations like all normal dry cleaners, but then they told me it wasn’t available.

Trying to get them to pick up anything from my apartment complex has been difficult, despite the fact that they are very close to me. I ended up dropping things off myself, which meant that I would delay going at all. If I’m going to have to drop off and pick up myself, why would I pay the extra price?

I asked for some shirts to be done in less than a week, one time, and they acted like that was going to be a big problem. It was a few days in advance, but apparently that was difficult. I ended up reducing the number of items for them to clean because of it.

I finally just got to a point where I decided it was better to take my business elsewhere. They aren’t the worst, they’re just not worth going to again.

Quite possibly the best dry cleaning/laundry experience I’ve ever had. I had a pretty deep pink stain all over a very expensive Cupro fabric shirt and they were able to remove it. Including the fact that they washed a bag full of laundry and delivered to me the following morning before my flight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was the first time that I went to Iron & Steam for alteration purposes and couldn't be more satisfied. I needed to have a zipper changed from a motorcycle jacket and My Lady and her team did an amazing job. Not only the zipper was replaced in a very reasonable time and a professional manner, but I was informed throughout the process on the timing and date of the delivery of the jacket. I wouldn't recommend the alteration service enough!

I gave them a dress that had two layers sewn together. What I got back was the bottom layer as they separated the stitching removing the top. And now they do not know where the top part is.

I can’t say enough good things about the people who run this amazing company. They were storing my luggage for me until it was time for me to go to the airport. I somehow left all of my shopping bags in their store and didn’t realize until I was at the airport. They were so nice and helped me Uber my shopping bags to the airport just in time for me to make it on my flight on time. They were so kind they wouldn’t accept any money. They just wanted to help out their fellow man. Forever grateful.

OXXO Care Cleaners Brickell NEW LOCATION

I trusted OXXO with a very expensive Kiton shirt worth $2,230. After their cleaning, the shirt shrank by two sizes and became completely unwearable. When I went back to address the issue, their staff refused to take responsibility, saying that “more than one month has passed” and they could do nothing about it.

This is unacceptable. A professional dry cleaner should stand behind their work, especially when dealing with luxury clothing. Instead, OXXO dismissed the situation, offered no solution, and showed zero accountability.

After checking Google reviews, I see that I’m not the only one—many customers report poor service and lack of responsibility. Sadly, I experienced the same.

If you value your clothing and expect good customer service, I strongly recommend staying away from OXXO.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I have another one star review and complaint to add. I went to pick up a denim jacket that I dropped off about three weeks ago to be cleaned and repaired. When I went to pick up the jacket yesterday, multiple sections were completely threadbare to the point that the jacket is no longer wearable. The employee working insisted that it probably looked that way when I dropped it off - it did not. I am waiting for a call back from the owner - I expect a full refund as well as financial compensation to purchase a new jacket.

As I was leaving another woman came in with a white suit that was “cleaned” by OXXO Brickell. Unfortunately this item was also ruined as well and had blue stains all over it.

Needless to say, I will not be using this dry cleaner any further, but I wanted to write this review hoping that other people would avoid the same mistake.
