This place is amazing. EVERYTHING I have brought up there they have gotten the stains out. I just brought a suede Stetson up there that I had gotten mascara on and Esther took it to the back and immediately got the stain out and told me happy new year!!! She didn’t even charge me! This is the ultimate service. I’ve never had such an amazing dry cleaning service.

Did a horrible on my white Ralph Lauren two piece sets. I dropped off 3 RL outfits. Spent a pretty penny on my outfits only wore each of them one time and then took them to cleaners to be cleaned so they stay looking new. There is lint in my items makes me think these were not steam cleaned and more so washed and dried with other clothes that were not mine. I’m so upset and disappointed I even stopped here. I was specific about my services and asked for them to be steamed and pressed. Not washed with other peoples clothes. Handled with care as they are pure white and one fit is pure cream.

Ms. Lee was awesome. She was so kind and helpful when I dropped off my vintage winter jackets! I love a woman-owned business, rock on.

CAUTION - they will ruin your clothes!!!  I brought a white blazer in (photographed shortly before).  When it came back grey they insisted it was beige and they don't make mistakes.  Further they accused me of trying to scam them for money by claiming I had a white a blazer.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the cleaners refused to respond.

Even though they don’t deserve their name at all, I took four of my designer scarves to a so-called “professional” cleaners to be cleaned. Each scarf had no more than one or two stains. They called me and asked, “Did you wash your scarves in a washing machine? They’re wrinkled.” What a ridiculous question—if I were washing them in a machine, why would I even take them to a professional cleaner? They told me they’d do their best to fix the problem and wouldn’t charge extra.

When I went to pick up my scarves, I asked to see them before paying. I had a reason for this: I had previously taken a white cardigan to them, which I handed over spotless, only to get it back covered in yellow stains. Despite that, I paid for the service. This time, they said I couldn’t see the scarves unless I paid first. I refused, saying I wouldn’t pay without seeing them.

When I finally saw the scarves, I was in complete shock. They all had massive yellow stains, like rust marks, that weren’t there when I handed them in. On one scarf, I counted more than 10 stains. I’ll share the photos one by one. The white scarf, which was brand new, also had yellow stains. The gray scarf, the oldest one, had no stains when I handed it in. The pink scarf was in the worst condition—covered in so many stains that they had even spread to the fringes, causing them to stick together. The stains were clearly caused by something from their machines—rust or another substance. It was obvious from the condition of the scarves, which you’ll see in the photos.

Can you believe they weren’t even sorry? The owner’s words were worse than the condition of my scarves. In front of my children, they accused me of lying. Then they pointed to my children and said that I wasn’t raising them properly and that I should set a better example—all while my kids were listening. It was a horrifying experience from every angle.

I absolutely do not recommend this business. I will file complaints about them on every platform I can. Their only concern was getting their money, and they got it.

Additionally, I’d like to point out that, likely because of their cameras, they were putting on an overly polite act. But if you had heard the way they spoke to me, you wouldn’t believe it. What a nightmare!

Terrible experience.  The son, John, has zero patience.  You drop off clothes 15 minutes before the close.  He has attitude with his behavior.  “I understand you get off work late. But I have places to go”. When I called him out on his rudeness, I was going take business elsewhere. He refuses to clean the items already there.   I had a similar experience with his father.  As I told him, you don’t want to work there - DO NOT SERVICE THE COMMUNITY.  I feel sorry for the mother who owns the place.  She is really nice and provides good service.  But it’s her son and her husband.  Both are rude.  Honestly, this business will suffer.

A male employee hit my car door against their brick wall when he went to hang my clothes in. I heard something and asked him and said, “i don't see any damage”. I trusted him and left but came to find out when i parked, he did some damage. I don’t think it is worth the time and hassle but beware. Needless to say, after many years, i won’t be back here.

Went here for some dress tailoring (just a hem). On the phone I was told 65-75 per dress, however in person it ended up being 100-120 for each of my dresses. Generally feel upset because I drove a far distance to come here and they did not honor prices over the phone or even anywhere near what was told to me, they did do a beautiful job on the dresses - however I will not be returning
