When you leave clothes or something there there's no way of calling them because nothing never goes through, their dryers suck they do not dry clothes properly and whenever we try to use pay range the dryers were completely mixed up and constantly moving my clothes I was not satisfied but I promise I will never be going back there again

I'm extremely disappointed with the state of this laundry facility. Most washers and dryers aren't working, yet there's no indication of this. Customers, including myself, are inserting money only to find the machines don't work.

When this place first opened, it was great. Now, it's falling apart. Furthermore, the supervisor has been removing customers' clothes from machines without their knowledge. I won't be returning.

What a bummer! Just last year I was saying that this was the greatest laundromat ever. Now it’s totally gross. Horrible smell. Nothing wiped down. Broken machines without notice that will still take your money. German cockroaches just scattered everywhere when I started a washer.

I’ve been using this laundromat for over a year now and it has def gone downhill. There is a terrible scent now and it hits you as soon as you walk in the door. Smells like something has died inside and its been lingering for over a month now. The machines are constantly broken, the bathroom stays locked and if there is no attendant available you cant use it. Its not fair to the customers who are spending their money here.  Im def gonna find another laundromat and spend my money elsewhere.

The best washing machines in town! The wash cycle is extra long so you know your clothes are getting cleaned on top of clean. This was my first time here, but it won’t be my last.

Great deal but lately when I pick up my suiting today,  the shirt collars has a stain that looks like blood after my pick up. Noticed it when I get home & when I called, The lady tried to imply that I wore the shirt even though the dry cleaning tag is still on it. Was a good customer for a while but will not return! BEWARE!it’s a shame that she was so rude. I don’t need to lie about a stain on my shirt!

Worst dry cleaner ever. Customer service is terrible also. I dropped off my suit jacket to get pressed. When I got back home after picking my suit jacket up I discovered it was ruined. When I went back to ask for an explanation they couldn’t tell me what went wrong or how I could fix it.

This cleaners always has my dresses and suits on point! Great customer service too.

Destroyed my wife's vintage Gucci suede vest worth quite a bit of money.

They supposedly have someone outside who handles leather, but it looks like they tried to clean this themselves. The leather shrunk and doesn't fit the lining, looks like they washed it and pressed it (creases don't line up anymore) and has two new stains.

However it happened, when we went back for a refund, they wanted to fight about it. Called us liars. At one point they tried to take it from us. We did get a refund but it took quite a bit of work.

The elderly woman in line in front of us also had a bad experience, she felt like they were gouging her (she'd been in recently and been charged less) and left very unhappy.

The name on the refund check is Patel. I know that's a very common surname, but notice all the five star reviews here by people with the same name. Makes you wonder.

I just realized that I’ve never posted a review for this business.  I have been using King Springs Cleaners for at least seven years, and now will drive out of my way to take my clothing and blankets there.  They have always done an excellent job in cleaning and caring for my things, offer affordable pricing, and are run by a lovely family!  When I lived in New York for two years, I would bring down a suitcase full of clothes on visits home to Smyrna...better quality service at about 1/4 the price of dry cleaners in Manhattan!

Steer clear of this Cleaners.  I was recommended by a friend. I took several items to be cleaned gave specific instructions on the starched level, clothes where half cleaned and ironed. The last straw occurred on October 24th. I picked up my brand new dress and advised them to press ..Dress was half pressure and have grease stains and the end of the dress. If you want yours not done right. This is the place for you. My dress is ruin that I have to wear for an occasion on Sunday.

My husband has been using this dry cleaner for years. I just send clothes to be pressed. In July, I had a dress and pants missing when clothes came back. When I went back to ask for them, the owner said there was no way they could have lost them, so I thought maybe I was crazy and had just lost them on a trip or something. Just got them back in October with a July ticket and they acted like we just hadn't picked them up in three months, but my husband goes weekly. Now a brand new shirt is missing, and they just looked at me and shrugged. No offer to replace. Very frustrating, bc it was getting pressed to be worn for the 1st time and is now missing.  I think it has something to do with it only getting pressed, but sad the dry cleaner took no responsibility and I'm out a shirt.
