I called Plaza Cleaners this morning in a panic thinking I ruined my daughter’s hoco dress. I was turned down by CD cleaners yesterday so I took upon myself and tried to clean it per googles instructions. When I woke up this morning and saw the mess I made of the dress I was literally in tears. I’m so thankful for this place! My daughter’s dress is literally perfect, better than when we bought it. I was told it would probably not be done until Thursday, if they were able to get the stain out, but they were able to get it done in 5 hours. They called me immediately and told me the dress is perfect and they were so happy they could help me and I could come anytime to pick it up. I headed straight there and the dress is in fact back to perfect. Also,I was only charged $18. They were so kind and made the whole process easy. I’ll definitely be coming back and sending everyone I know. Thank you so much for saving my dress and saving me the pain of having to tell my daughter I completely ruined her first hoco dress.

I have tried multiple times to communicate to the owner that my name brand, Ann Taylor pants have come back with bent hooks. Most recently, my pants came back with half the hook missing, and the zipper bent so badly that when I tried to unzip the pants, the entire zipper broke.

A dry cleaning facility SHOULD NOT be ruining $150 pants. The owner continues to tell me it is a manufacturer issue, but my pants have been at other cleaners in the area with no issue. Further, I reached out to Ann Taylor and they described exactly how a dry cleaner may bend and/or break the clasps and zippers of their pants.

I am extremely dissatisfied. And as if this experience was not enough, Tom called me and was extremely disrespectful while insulting my intelligence. He could have easily apologized, repaired the pants for me, and kept my business.

I DO NOT suggest anyone take their expensive items here. Go anywhere else in the area. Loyal customers deserve, at the very least, to be treated with respect.

Showed up late morning in a rush. Not surprising I was outside of the same day window, but they got a shit/shirt pressed and infinitely better for me by 3pm in a pinch. Recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Tom and his team. They always provide exceptional customer service/quality of work. Highly recommend them.

The owner is extremely professional and the service is the best possible. Great staff, communication, and quality of service. It doesn’t get better than this, folks. I recently lost my debit card and Tom called me immediately to inform me they had found it in my pant pocket. He also returned it directly to me! I brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned in pretty rough shape (wish I had better before pics). Having weeks of rain and an outdoor wedding, I expected my dress to ruined. The bottom felt like concrete. Campus cleaners exceed my expectations, my dress looks brand new!

Helen did an amazing job on my wedding dress alterations! It came out looking beautiful and fit just right on me. This was my first time coming here (it was recommended to me by my brother after he got his suit altered) and I thought it was a great experience!!

I’ve brought two bridal party dresses to Helen for alterations and each time she’s done an amazing job. She’s very friendly, professional, and extremely talented. She also has always been able to get the alterations done quickly without skimping on the quality. I recommend her to everyone who needs alterations done.

Hellen at Campus Cleaners is AMAZING! If you need any stain out, she can do it. She was able to remove an oil stain out of a friends dress after they had someone else “professionally” clean it. She can do anything.

Hellen also is amazing at alterations. I have been going to see her for over 10 years. She has done prom dresses, formal wear, jackets and now even my wedding dress!!!

If you need anything done, look no further. She’s trustworthy with any item, fair pricing and always so friendly. Can’t recommend enough.
