Sparkletone cleaners has been around for a long time and you have to be doing something right to be around for at least 30 years. I used them as a Purdue student for my ROTC uniforms. It was an easy choice when I moved back and had things that needed to be dry cleaned.  They are quick (turnaround of typically 2 days if you drop it off before 10 am) and reasonably priced, in my opinion. They have done everything from military uniforms to wedding gown preservation to reenactment clothes to suits for us. Always well done and they show you if there's a spot they couldn't get out (which I expected). ALWAYS FRIENDLY!  I can't recommend them enough.

Now that we are retired, we don’t have a lot of dry cleaning needs. Bed comforters, suits and dresses for special occasions.

It's not that often that I write reviews, but sometimes, businesses go above and beyond and I feel that I must comment on it. I've been going to Sparkletone DryCleaning for a good number of years now and I am always surprised by the quality of their customer service. I only go there about 8-9 times a year but they always seem to remember me. I do not know her name, but the woman that I usually deal with, is super friendly, super courteous and goes above and beyond every time.

Last year, one of my shirts had a rip that I was unaware of. She pointed it out to me when I dropped it off and told me that she would fix it. I said thanks and expected to pay extra for the service the next day when I picked it up. Instead, I was charged nothing extra and I was amazed.

Yesterday, the same thing happened with a pair of pants that I dropped off.  Again, I had no idea, but there was a rip in the seam and she pointed it out and told me that she would take care of it!  What the heck.  They do not have to do this and it really amazes me.  We get so used to piss poor customer service at most places we go on a daily basis.  It's a breath of fresh air to get treated so well every single time.

Lastly, they do a great job! My clothes always look great when I get them back.

I gave a suit, and they ruined the suit shirt. It was a spandex+polyester shirt. There were lots of fuzz on one side of the shirt and that was hung facing inwards when I went to pickup. I inspected the items before taking and there were fuzz marks. The lady there then tried to remove them with a fuzz ball remover. This was not done before me picking up. There other shaved marks on the shirt. The owner said he took the picture before and not in front of me. Perhaps he either took the picture after ruining it with a fabric shaver or other means or he took a picture of someone else's shirt.

I feel that I was cheated. The owner is rude and not admitting their mistakes. I decided not to go there in future.

I stopped by Executive Dry Cleaner to see if I could purchase a protective bag for an item. Not only did they provide one at no charge, but they also took exceptional care in wrapping the item to ensure it was well protected—far exceeding my expectations. Though I live out of the area, their attention to detail and dedication to quality make me confident that I’d trust them with my dry cleaning. I also learned this is a family business, which is evident in the pride they take in their work. On top of that, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Really nice people who work here! I’ve taken multiple of my handbags here and they always come back clean and with no scents. They even reached out to me before cleaning a higher end bag that carried some risk with it (possible bleeding of the inner stamps color into the surrounding material) before doing it to make sure I knew the risk and was okay with it. Price is also always super reasonable!

Nice place to have all your dry cleaning done. They work very hard in the utmost heated temperatures. They allow you to take coat hangers free of charge! Great to use for yard sales.

Took a pant item that needed pleated  all the way to the bottom. The top of the pant had sewn down pleats. They pressed down about two inches. Couldn't  cash my $100 bill so had to pay with credit card. Using card I had to pay more.  Not happy at all.
