Wow this is incredible no matter where you come from you have to appreciate there is a dry cleaner open till 9:00 p.m. I don't know how to thank someone so willing to commit themselves. It's true you cannot do laundry at the last minute here you must adhere to the rules of doing your own laundry in a polite time frame they do close at 9:00 p.m. the woman allowed me to pay for my child's suit to be dry cleaned and assured me it would look lovely when it came back. They do not do this laundry on property so they use another company which is I have found fairly normal. The place is clean there's a lot of room to walk around the whole front of the building is Windows they have a sign that says cleaners coin-op as well as a MasterCard Visa sign. This allows people when they see the building to know what they're getting into before they walk into the building. Extremely helpful if you're not from the area like me.

I go to Beals often and have never seen this lady before. Today I asked for help shutting a door because I had tried a few times but it wouldn’t latch and start. I instantly got attitude and dirty looks the entire rest of the time I was there. I could feel her staring and she was clearly high as a kite, her eyes were bloodshot, slurring her words and completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Smoking behind the counter while staring at me lol Never had this treatment here but this lady has got to go!

Needs a better system than the cards for their washers. Had mine stolen at the laundromat after just putting on 15 dollars and was told there was nothing they could do. Would rather bring a mountain load of change with me honestly. The workers were nice, just wish there was some other system in place.

The female worker there is rude, complains about so much and jumps down people's throat if they talk to her when she don't want you to. If you want a nice experience there (for a laundry mat) go there when the guy is working. He is super nice, very friendly and kind. I strongly suggest if you see here working just leave and either come back when the guy is working or go somewhere else. The place it self is nice. But not worth the dealing or listening to her.

Nice laundromat 👍 we have been here a few times , each visit was pleasant. Adequate amount of washers , adequate amount of dryers available. The washers work well even for heavy loads. The dryers work well. This location has limited parking available which is a plus.  You will find when it comes time to fold your laundry there are plenty of folding tables available as well as carts to move your laundry to wherever you need to setup for folding. Really appreciate this place stays open a couple hours later than the other locations, which made coming here so convenient.

I came to do some laundry there were 2 people sitting at the laundry matt I had asked 1 of them how 2 get it so I can get laundry soap out of the dispenser NOT laundry soap the guy told me to figure It out myself he was a customer this is my 1st time here instead I ended up getting bleach so I wasted $1.25 I'm homeless in an homeless shelter I spent another $1.25 on laundry soap I had 2 leave and come back I wasn't spending more money without having a load of laundry so I got the remainder of my cloths I had came back and asked someone who was watching me struggle with 1 hand on how 2 get one of the smaller washes 2 work for the change 2 go in Almost lost my change he told me sucks to be me to figure it out again this is my 1st time at this laundry matt so the customers have been rude and disrespectful when I was nice and asked them a question. Someone who is homeless losing $1.25 is a lot to me knowing I barley had money to do laundry 2 begin with.

Really nice establishment. Clean and has extra large capacity washers which are the best deal for your quarters. Equipment runs well!There are two quarter changers and plenty of space for folding laundry.  They have a TV and some seating plus optional Wifi and there is a market right next door to grab snacks while you hang out. Very pleasant establishment and feels safe.

Smaller laundromat located right in the heart of New Auburn. Have always had a good experience here even after the business changed ownership. There is not usually many people in the building especially after about 4 pm. Even though I do not require using the laundromat all that much lately, I still find myself going to this one if I do.

The door needs to be fixed I almost broke my ankle trying to get in because it violently closes. Also, there's never anyone around when the machine takes your coins so you lose money. I wanted to like the place because it's near my house but it's very frustrating.
