I had two jackets from at leas and doing it myselft seven years ago. I'm a DIYer and believe in saving money and doing it myself. I finally sent my two favorite jackets ( sherpa_lined suede and  white wool peacoat). I received it back today and was amazed at the outcome! It looked new!!! I've spoken with several of employees over time. I am impressed with their courtesy, professionalism and service! Ley me not forget the price... It is well within my budget. I am especially pleased with the door service pick-up and delivery! I am so glad  that I have Brothers Cleaners for my cleaning needs!!!

Picked up my last from them last night. This establishment is terrible. I will no longer be bringing my clothes here as they’ve lost my business. The staff are nice, but management or whoever runs this place is not focused on the customer experience.

I am a first timer and my first impression was very positive. The staff was very friendly and my three suit coats was perfect.  Therefore based on my first visit I have to give them a 5 star.

My first visit to Brothers - all of the people behind the counter were friendly and professional.  They actually got my clothes done a day earlier than promised - which was a nice surprise.  They will become my regular dry cleaner.

Edit* I hate to do it because you were so nice. I came through town for work.  I searched on Google and it says drinks, game room and laundry. I was giddy with excitement. However I arrived to find a soda machine for the drinks a few machines older than me and four times as many children than adults.  Had less than a full load only one..... I was reminded twice while trying to get laundry detergent that the store was closing in an hour and a half. I can tell time ..thank you though. I was actually surprised you had like 4-5 different sized washing machines was actually pretty cool. Then I looked $7 maybe $8 for the largest and the next was half the size and the next was half. I think down to $5.75 and then I did the math.... Half as much but only a dollar less. Finally after fighting the door closed on two machines I found one that would shut but not before I had to arm wrestle a cockroach over it. I mean honestly I've seen a few pretty rough laundromats and this one wasn't terrible but after the heart break of finding out that it was just a laundromat rather than how Google describes it. I was as ready to leave as the employees that kept reminding me what time it was were.

The Laundry place looks like Little Disney , so funny which I have never saw before! Also here got TV , Big and comfortable sodas for waiting, even you can have a good sleep:-) The owner lady, she is such a kind person, waiting for my last drying about 30min after the closing time, that’s so sweet for me (my first time , not see the schedule before coming:(, so sorry about that:(.

I am currently here at the laundry mat as I type this. I have personally never had to use a laundry mat before, and was unsure of how things worked. My personal washing machine is under maintenance and I needed to do laundry. I was greeted before I even set foot in the door by one of the employees with a cart for my laundry. I told her I had at least 2 carts worth of laundry so she grabbed me a second cart, and held the door for me during the whole load in process. I had several questions as I was looking around, as to where to find a change dispenser, where to put my detergent, etc. Every time I had a question the staff knew before I even asked. The were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Not to mention the laundry mat has a very clean and upbeat feeling to it. There are places for children to play, and very comfortable seating. I expected the visit to the laundry mat to be a cold, long, boring experience. But this is turned out to be a pleasant one. If I ever need laundry services again, I most definitely will return!

Prices are very fair. There are different sizes of washers for different load sizes ranging from small loads around $3.50 to super large loads around $10.50. And all the dryers are 25 cents.

One of the cleanest and customer friendly laundromats I have ever used. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist anyone. It is certainly worth traveling the extra distance. Overstuffed furniture for customers in spacious areas, play area for kids, video games to pass the time. Most customers, as well as the staff are Hispanic, many of the TVs are on Spanish speaking channels, which should have no bearing on your choice to patronize them. This place should always earn a Best of the Best award.

This laundry mat was ok. I read the reviews and everyone spoke highly of them, so when I went I was expecting it to be amazing. It wasn't anything to write home to mom about. Over half of the washers were out of service, it smelled really badly of feces in there, which I think that is kind of what did it for me. However, as other reviews stated, the customer service there they were super friendly and sweet! I went on Thursday around 11am ish and it wasn't bust. Parking was available throughout. Kids weren't running around screaming it was an enjoyable time in that aspect. The only thing that really made it only a 3 star review was the pungent smell of feces and that over half of the washers were out of service. I would give them another chance, but if the same thing happened again, I probably wouldn't go back.
