Serious signs of neglect are seeping in. This used to be a great laundromat with clean, functioning machines and reliable attendants that kept things clean. Lately, not so much. I've been coming here for years, so I've seen it slowly fray at the edges and turn into a bit of a dump. Methy clientele is now the norm.

Tonight is as bad as I've seen it. I roll up and there's a shopping cart full of loose trash next to the front door. Garbage in the parking lot. Several of the machines are broken, which is very out of character for this place. The last two times I've washed clothes here, I've had a used band-aid stuck to one of my shirts. Cigarette butt in the dryer. Credit card swiper didn't work on one of the machines, so I had to move my laundry to a different machine. To top things off, someone's dog - I think the laundry attendant! - was running around the laundromat. Gross. Time to find a new laundromat with ownership that still cares.

Love this laundromat! The attendant is wonderful and helpful. The dryers have an air dry only option which is super rare and great! The machines are all clean and washers have the sanitize option. You can use coins or card with almost every machine. Parking is easy and plentiful, but there could be more carts to help that process. New favorite laundromat in the Eugene / Springfield area.

The best place to do coin laundry. It’s clean, the washer and dryers are beyond sufficient- very rarely is one not in working order. Dryers are quick and plenty of room at table tops to stay and fold your laundry if you so desire. Open the latest, accepts cards, carries laundry supplies and I believe they even have a drop off laundry service- I could be wrong. Anyways, go here to get your laundry done!!

Most of the machines were out of service. And two of the machines ended up leaving bleach spots on my towels. Another machine put blue ink or dye on my clothes somehow. One of the big dryers left burnt globs of burnt goo on my sheets. This used to be the best place to go in the area. Sadly it is not anymore.

I'd give this place 5 stars but no one is perfect. I'll give them a 4.5 tho.  This is a laundry mat with an attendant. I've been here 5 or 6 times lately but last night was the best. Last load goes in a 1030 pm and we gotyhete@ 1045 with laundry that had to be done that night. She let us in and wouldn't take any money for doing it. She sold me detergent and dryer sheets. She used her card to get my loads started too, this is the best laundry mat I've been to in a longggg time! Thanks guys! Go if you're struggling with where to go THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

This was once a great business run by some very sweet people. For the past few years it, under new ownerships, feels like another greedy, mean-spirited, right-wing business. Hate-filled memos against the homeless posted all around, 700 club played extremely loud on a big screen television, warnings about being prosecuted if you use their change machines without having business there. All prices were immediately raised to exorbidant amounts (almost 10 bucks for a single wash). Avoid, is my advice.

This place is VERY unprofessional!! and the washers are useless!I lost my money in two different machines and when I called  April (on the emergency contact list) she stated someone would be here by 4pm. The sign on the door stated attendant hours Sat and Sunday 8am- 12p 3pm-10pm. I've been here since 2p. No one has not shown up yet as of 5:30 pm. I hope that this reaches the owner of this establishment. No one has $10.00 to give away in today's economy.

I think all of the machines were working which is a plus, although this laundromat is dated I mostly care that they get my clothes clean/dried without any bugs. And this one checked those boxes.

Washers cost slightly more than advertised if you wash with hot water.

There was an on-site worker handling drop off services and was thoroughly cleaning the laundromat while I was there 👍(though they were not friendly and shrugged me off two times at my attempt to say hi and ask about the area).

Parking lot is a zig zag layout. RVs should park across the street at the mall and walk over.

It is good but I think it needs more attention in the sense that it needs someone who is checking everything about it and something important that lacks bathroom that is ALWAYS important as today or the heart machine was broken and struggles a little all the stores do not want to leave.

I washed my essential clothes in a $4 machine then dried them for 30 minutes...stayed in my car most of the time but returned before the dryer ended.  At home I realized that my pair of nice black pants and two black long sleeve shirts were missing 😲 I guess you have to stay with your clothes...sketchy clientele and surrounding area. I won't be back.
