We called Zerorez to have our travertine tile floors cleaned.  Not only were they immediately responsive to our call, but they were very friendly and professional.  The work they did was very impressive and our floors look brand new!  Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. We had some pretty severe damage done to our brand new carpet when we used a new dog sitter during a trip. We weren’t able to get the stains out after clean up with our home cleaner. Zerorez literally changed their schedule to get out to us same day. Customer service doesn’t get much better than that! Our tech, Preston, was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I hope to never have to call a professional carpet cleaner again, but if I do it will be Zerorez. Our carpet looks new again. Honestly, I was a little nervous to bring my new suit here after reading the mixed reviews on google. However, Your Valet Fine Dry Cleaning did an AMAZING JOB on my suit. It looks so good. I will definitely be back. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I never got a text from them stating that the suit was ready to be picked up (as promised). And I had to give the cashier my number 3 times and still get it fixed when I dropped off my suit. Other than that, I had a great experience

Do not use this dry cleaner. They are incapable of providing good service even when given a second chance. They damaged my favorite suit and stained a good friend’s wedding dress. I highly suggest you go elsewhere for dry cleaning needs.

I have tried really hard to like this place but something is always wrong there.  I wait for my turn behind many other dissatisfied customers. (Front desk people do the best they can, I compliment them.) My latest problem was getting 1 shirt done, took 8 days and I took it home wet  was mid process, because I needed it for a wedding. There always seems to be a machinery or some other processing problem that sets back delivery times.
Someone should start a dry cleaner downtown in Logan that ships out to Ogden processing or the like.  Would be faster and more reliable.

Such a great experience! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to check a jacket I thought had mold. I’ll be coming here for all my dry cleaning from now on. (Turned out it wasn’t mold!)

If I could put zero stars I would. We brought In my fiancés wedding dress after bridal pictures for a spot clean 3 weeks before wedding day. Turns out they lost the dress and forgot about it we called them a week before to ask about it and they had to find it. Then we called the day before 4 times to remind them to get it done and when we went to pick it up I brought my concerns up with the manager Doug I was being professional but he just wanted to get very aggressive and angry with me and try to charge us for a full clean. Costumer service here is non existent and we will never go back what an absolute joke of an experience for us! Stay far far away from these guys.
