We’ve been long-time customers of Best Cleaners and have always appreciated their convenient and reliable delivery service. Unfortunately, the quality of cleaning has declined over the past several months.

We’ve received dress shirts that weren’t cleaned or ironed but were still charged, dress pants returned without being cleaned, and even a tie with a visible stain that came back unchanged yet billed $10 for cleaning. We’ve also had to repeatedly call to have our 10–20% discounts honored.

We really hope the quality improves soon because we’ve valued this service for years and would like to continue using it.

I brought a nice black dress and a sweater to be dry cleaned here. The dress came out fine, but my sweater was shrunk. I went in earlier this year, but meant to leave a review. I’ve never had clothes shrink from going to a dry cleaner, but I likely won’t go to this location in the future.

Edit 2 weeks later: A representative did not contact me to get to the bottom of this. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 2 for their dumb response.

Needed one shirt for the following day. It had no starch when I repeatedly asked for heavy starch. I waited nearly five minutes before receiving any attention. The price was much greater than anticipated ($5.21). I have visited for the last time.

Sonia was able to help me with my husband’s suits and let me tell you that she is OUTSTANDING! Great customer service and most importantly they do a great job at dry cleaning! I love the service I received from Sonia and Best Cleaners overall; it will be my go to place from now on!
