I dropped off some suits for dry cleaning and requested the jacket lapels be hard creased as they had obviously lost most of the existing crease.  When I asked if this would be done I was told that it would be, but no specific instructions were noted on my items by the employee.  When I returned to pick the suits up, the lapels were not hard creased.  A different employee then took the time to let me try on the jackets and she marked my request appropriately.  I sincerely appreciate her diligence as the lapels were properly creased when I returned to pick them up the second time.  My return trip could have been avoided if the initial employee would have done what the second employee took the time to do.  I would also mention that the ring on the collar of the shirt I had dry cleaned was gone and they did a fantastic job on it without my mention of same.  They also returned a couple of bills and some change I inadvertently left in a pair of suit pants.  Kudos to Model Cleaners.

I dropped off 2 pairs of scrub pants to be altered a couple of weeks ago. I was new to the area and Model Cleaners. The lady that helped me the day I dropped them off was very helpful and friendly. She informed me that my pants would take about a week and that I would receive a phone call from someone once they were done. Three weeks went by until I called in to check on them. The lady that answered the phone (who was different from the first one that helped me) was very rude. She asked me two different times if I made sure I called the right store before even looking me up in their computer system. She then proceeded to tell me that they don't call people to let them know when alterations are done. When I told her that was not what I was made aware of her only response was that my stuff was done, told me I had until 7pm to pick it up then hung up on me.

Employees are friendly and efficient.  Easy drop off and pickup.  Shirts are cleaned well.

My daughter's uniform smelled so bad and Model cleaners did such a great job, not only making the smell go away but had it back to us in a few days.

I had a huge oil stain on a brand new Patagonia ski jacket from riding the lift, the oil stain was huge on the top part of my jacket where my shoulder would be, and then onto my sleeve, and it was bright black. I was pretty confident that there would still be residue, but after picking it up, the jacket is completely free of all oil stains and it was only $20. I highly recommend this place!!

Supreme Cleaners did a wonderful job on a three-piece tweed suit for ~$30. It was ready a day earlier than expected. Pickup was smooth! I would use their services again.

Upon dropping off many of my dress shirts to be cleaned, I was immediately greeted with a smile and was offered a pickup date before I could ask. When I picked up this morning, I barely had time to get to the counter and a gentleman was there to greet/assist me. I can only wear one shirt today, but the other 20 look neat and professionally done! I have used this location for many years and expect to in the future as well. I have also used this location to press/clean by dress uniform and it always looks proper!

Lastly, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for not only the quality of work that is performed, but the amount that I have taken at one time to be completed. I did bring in my down comforter to be dry cleaned and was informed that they do not clean these type of comforters. I appreciate that I was told that, and even offered another place to go! This is the type of care and value that small shops are capable of providing.

Very detailed oriented and caring for each piece of clothing. The owners, Mike and Lyndsey do an amazing job of making sure each piece of my clothing comes back looking amazing. With no extra charge, they repair missing buttons and rips in my clothes when I get them cleaned. They are accommodating and provide next day service, delivery options and alterations. The cleaning and pressing is all done on site. Highly recommend.

I've just graduated USMC boot camp, and needed to have my Uniforms dry cleaned and pressed. I looked around for a good place that had experience with military uniforms and good ratings. I found Supreme Cleaners, and went in to hand my uniforms off. I received them back in a day and a half, beautifully cleaned and pressed. On top of the lovely staff they gave 50% discount for all my military uniforms. I would recommend this place to anyone weather military or civilian for the excellent service that they provide.
